Ordered a big fish sandwich with no pickles add ketchup and mustard the fish patty was hard as a rock and there was no tarter sauce on the sandwich. Went inside was two employees there started pointing and laughing let them know what was wrong she got a attitude said I didn't ask for tarter sauce why would I have to ask for tarter sauce if it's suppose to come on the sandwich. They made another sandwich still no tarter sauce. I see now why their parking lot stays empty.

Traveling thru. Ordered on the app. Went in to use RR. No TP. Tell the clerk...she laughs and does nothing. Only customer there and they still get the order wrong. I didn't check it before I got on the road...but I shouldn't have to!

The big fish meal medium size,onion rings instead of fries, 11.00 worth of garbage. The fish was fried so hard it was like a brick, when I took it back no manager available, drive thru cashier unconcerned didn't even give me back all my money without requesting the remaining money he owed me.

The food here is horrible. My food was ice cold and thrown together not even at least warm. The shake was thin as the milk that came out of the carton. I will not be back.

Maybe this is why they can't compete with the big M. Not greeted when I entered, even though I was the only customer and they were at the counter looking at me. Ordered a number 2 with with onion rings,.they served me fries. Went back in and told them about the error. The young lady took my fries and put them back in the fryer! ?. She handed be onion rings a few minutes later. No apology for the mistake. Horrible service to be surrounded by competition!!

I frequent this location, However in the last month there has been a change in the service and the quality of the food. Better. I almost always get an Impossible Whopper add mustard. Today my son picked up my meal for me. The fries were fresh and hot, my sandwich was made to perfection. Since mid May there has been a young man (I am over 50) who provides excellenct service. He is kind and professional.You all are doing a good job. Thnak youVegetarian options: Beacause they have the Impossible Whoppper they have me as a customer. Thank you Burger King

They always close early. I have gone twice 15-30 mins before closing and they’re closed. The last time I had ordered online for pickup and they wouldn’t let me get it. It was 1045! They close at 11pm and had their supply truck blocking the drive thru. Then I had to request my money back on the app.
