I’ve been wanting to share this for a while, especially since I’m from the Bishop Arts/Lake Cliff area. I’ve been a regular at this Burger King for the last 8 years. I really appreciate that whoever’s in charge of hiring has done a great job bringing in people who are respectful, considerate, and just nice. The customer service here is fantastic, and the food is always fresh and quick. I’m always greeted with a smile and a huge thank you!

They were clear instructions for the burger but still got it wrong ? 2 whopper with cheese meals only ketchup and I get 2 whopper jr with no ketchup!!!! Call the restaurant and they don't answer let the phone ring ring this is the 2nd time this has happened . Managers don't care there was a clueless young man handing the orders out.

It was 9am. It was 26°. I had an online order. They refused to open the door, when it clearly stated that the lounge opens at 6am. I stood my ground. I had already paid online. I waited. I called. They were rude and hateful. It seemed they only opened the door to people of their own race that they knew. Gave me something other than what I ordered. Filled it in front of me and it was luke warm. Hash browns at 9am. I tried to order more but was told "Please don't order off the lunch menu". Even though it was an option available. I asked "So is lunch not available?". She said "No.". She then said I could only sit 15 minutes. After 10 she said "Time to go.". Why? It's not the best area i guess but still why? I try to be understanding and patient but this felt wrong. If that makes me a Karen so be it. It's all about Love.
