The food is always good. But the service that is provided here by these young guys sucks. There’s 3 guys working in the front and all they do is just blame each other for not having peoples order ready. And when you ask for a refund they tell you that once you pay for it they can no longer give you your money back. Now I know why this place is empty. And the manager that’s on duty does not do anything about it.

Got there to work across the street, at 5:30 a.m.. Sign on the door says that dining room open at 6:00 a.m.. At 6:05 a.m. I wanted to come in to have breakfast as I could not use drive thru, they were denying me acces in. I told employee working shift, the sign says 6, therefore they shoulda honor the time.

This BK is horrible. There's always a long wait in drive thru, sometimes you're the only car in line and they still take forever. I just stopped going here for good.

Went to eat and there were signs on the restroom saying customers only!!! That’s fine . I was going to eat here because Burger King is a favorite, however they informed me that the bathroom doesn’t work and I really had to go. That being said I’m at the Mi Lindo Oaxaco restaurant and they were nice enough to say bathroom is for customers. I’ll eat here instead.

The new bbq brisket burger is so SAD. Really only a regular burger with a tablespoon of minced brisket w onions on the patty.

Ordered a double whopper jr... I was given a single... The manager was upset when I explained... She asked for the burger, picked it open and handed it back. She said she would get me an extra patty. Terribly gross what she did to my burger after handling money.

This is the closest BK to us and we come some Wednesday's for the whopper deal.. they always get orders wrong.. the employees are rude everytime I come in the drink fountains are leaking.. I told them about it and they said they were busy while two employees stood there.. I’m trying to save them from a lawsuit.. then they didn’t let my 3 year old use the restroom because they saw me taking pictures
