I’ve eaten here before and the food is average at best. However, when it’s 11:15 PM on a Sunday evening and you drive 10 minutes to a fast food restaurant chain that advertises they are open until midnight, and when you pull up to order and they say “we are closed” that’s just wrong! Not only did the close almost 40 minutes early, but they didn’t even say, sorry we are closed! So I feel compelled to say say, “sorry, it’s the last time I ever go to Burger King again! There are far too many better options available!

I ordered a Swiss and mushroom and fries with no salt(so they would be fresh). Let's start with the burger... the bread wasn't toasted and they used regular American cheese without a heads up... and the fries, you guessed it, over salted and not fresh.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that there was a bug in my food. I don’t even know what type of bug. On 12/2/24 I ordered a large number 7. The employee was very nice, I’m just disgusted by the bug and lack of cleanliness. Will never eat at another Burger King again, especially not this location. I’d suggest others don’t either as well.

I went to this location around 11:00am on 11-06-2024 I wasn't greeted when I walked up to the register their was Hispanic woman and a Hispanic guy standing by both registers just looking off as if they didn't see me standing in front of them so I replied are you ready to take my order and she was like yes so as I'm ordering she stated they was out of cheesey tots so I was looking at the menu to order something else she had a attitude like you need to hurry up so I ordered and she left off my frosty so just asked for a cup of water when I walked over to look for the water the it wasn't visible to site because the paper on the water dispenser was faded away so the young guy that was behind the register tried to help and he couldn't find it neither so the Hispanic girl come from behind the register and had a attitude like what are you looking for he said the water she said it's right there and walked off I was honest and was only trying to get water not soda she had a frown on her face when she seen that I asking about the water dispenser I replied this place hasn't changed you'll still have attitude I stated that I was going to call the corporate office and they was holding a conversation cursing and talking about their life she was so busy trying to hold a conversation with him and not help the customers but when she heard me state that I was going to contact corporate she started acting right it shouldn't be that way I stopped coming here 14 years ago because of their attitude against other race and the food was not cooked properly and it's the same way the food wasn't fresh when I ordered it it wasn't fresh I really miss the old manager Lisa she passed away she made sure everything was hot and fresh and that the worker was doing everything correctly it's hard to find good customer service it seems as if the Hispanic at this location only help their race and I have been noticing this for years now.

Hadn't been to BK in a while but the Texas double Whopper was tasty and service was fantastic!
Fire the girls that don't smile they treat customers like were homeless I spent like 40 bucks on 3 burgers and ask for one buffalo sauce and the girl told me in a loud voice for this time I'm just gonna give one if you want more I'll have to charge you ?? Oh well I'm never going back I've got 2 more places near me And if they say the same thing I'm moving to McDonald's lol I don't understand how ppl wanna charge for one extra sauce when you spent like 40 dollars in three burgers at least I had the right to three sauces one for each burger

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. all the cares ahead of me drove off because it was taking so long. I was the only one in line and it took them 25 to make a single hamburger. Then I watched the worker throw my fries into the bag, , literally just chunk them in like she's spiking a football.
