Tuesday 7/15 night crew was on point. My order was perfect. Food was good. I was in and out of the drive thru in less than a minute.

Went to go get some ice cream and got there about 15 mins before they close. Understand it was late but saw them taking stuff out and figured I’d ask. Went up and they said they we already closed 15 mins early. Not sure why they say midnight if they refuse to serve. When I ask why they weren’t even answering me he and I quote “we are closed boss man we picked everything up” and he had no answer of why they closed early and just turned away. Absolutely awful service do not go here! Those two workers deserve to be fired the way they spoke to me and the cop that was behind me.

Worst experience ever !!! Very rude older lady working there told us we were a waste of her time just because we asked her to UNLOCK the bathroom doors so my disabled grandfather could use it !! If I could leave no stars I would !!!!!!!!!
Disgusting food….we food a sticker inside a burger !! If I could give 0 stars I would this is so gross….. Employees do not wear gloves at all The city has to close this place down !!!

This was the worst experience. I went to store 18359, in wynwood if that's not the store number, and it was disrespectful. I stopped by there, which I shouldn't have because there was no cars but 2 everyone else was at Cain and Popeyes. Anyhow, I ordered the Wednsday special(2 of them) and added 1 with cheese before I made my way to work to feed my son and me. Get to the house to drop him off only 1 burger in the bag. I ask them for 2 separate bags because I was going to work he was going else where, so the cashier was already mad cause she had to separate the orders. But, I should of known something when she looked kinda funny that it may not had been right. I call up there 4 times no answer. I swung back up there on my way to work and tell them, hey you guys forgot one of my burgers I just left less that 15 minutes ago. They swore to God I was lying. Told me they couldn't do anything without the receipt. They said they put the receipt on the bag. Now it's two bags, mind u my son had his bag to eat and the bag i had didn't have a recept so ding dong. Anyway, they were very unhelpful and I wasted $11.66 on an incomplete order. I won't stop until I get corporate unless this is a franchise. Either way I won't go back. Should of called them people, never mind.

Says they're open until 12 when they're not. Really annoying when I'm hungry after a 10 hour late night shift. And this is after they accepted my order.
