I work across the street. Out of maybe 10 times if gone to the drive thru ive left empty handed 4 times. Twice no one ever took my order. I drive by the window and see noone at 8pm. Once was cash only another they could not take any payment.
Extremely poor customer service. Restrooms were locked by employees, when questioned, they said, "restrooms are messed up". Can't imagine how 2 restrooms can be "messed up" at the same time. And they are on a super busy intersection right by Dallas Love Field Airport. If this is what we Dallas citizens are offering people who are visiting Texas, then were giving them a horrible and sour experience. If restrooms are out, close the restaurant, get it fixed, then open up for business. Can't imagine what their food service will be like. This was my last lifetime visit to this business establishment ever. ???

My whopper doesn't have ketchup. It disappoints me.
Extremely rude service! I placed 2 orders and asked for a bag with handles, like I had every week, as I have to hold my child's hand up the stairs with 1 hand. The Hispanic boy and Black Asst Mgr said they're only for mobile orders. I asked the Mgr "what if I drop a bag?" She said "That's on you!" Who talks like that? It seems they only care to get their money.Then as I was driving home, good thing I noticed my child's food was missing! So I had to drive back around and ask for it. The Hispanic boy just left it to the side as if it was for someone else! No apology! I have limited time with my child and they wasted a chunk of it and stressed me out! I am shocked that a firm with it's head office in Canada has such terrible service!And carriel bags existed long before mobiles were invented. Chick-Fil-A next door always gives plastic bags. We are never going to any Burger King again!
