Same good food. Had breakfast sandwiches. Hash browns. Always good BK food. Not great. But good. Sadly. This is not a safe location. Lots of homeless near by. When we walked in a person was screaming and cussing for free food. She jumped over the counter and grabbed food. Spit in another customers face. Employees were trying to call the police.

I was disappointed that this location wouldn’t allow me to use any discount I get through the app. Unfortunately for Burger King sing this is the only location I would eat at because it makes it where there’s no benefit to using the app there’s no reason for me to eat there. I’ll eat McDonalds instead

I visited after a 9-day gap because of a payment issue with the app, but the usual friendly and kind woman wasn't there. Instead, a new, unfriendly woman prepared my order.
The issue was that she flat-out told me I must have a regular coffee because decaf wasn't available. For someone who can't have caffeine, that was an outrageous thing to say. I'm sure they weren't out—she just couldn't be bothered to make it, could she?

I got a LG vanilla shake. The milk was sour! I went back to tell them because I have 6 years experience working in the fast food indrusty. I was put on hold just standing there for a good 5 min. I was told there wasn't a manager till 4pm. No one wanted to help. Several employees asked if I wanted to order but when I asked who was in charge they would say not them and walk off. So finally I got someone to help three people into it. I explained that I believed the ice cream machine needed to be cleaned or milk replaced. She said it wasn't possible, that they clean it every day. Most likely that that wasn't the truth because to thoroughly clean one of those machines it takes hours. It's just not something that is done everyday. And if it was done today then the milk is bad

Online, and the entry door placard states: open till 11:00 pm.
Doors locked 10:15 pm, can see 2 employees inside, knock on door again, and they just shake their heads...

Terrible just awful customer service, food took forever and had to ask for fresh French fries, homeless people in the dining room, homeless people taking baths in the bathroom, the young man at the counter and management was very rude. Like they hate there jobs, dining room and bathroom was disgusting, wet floors ....Do Not Go Here

I went to this place several times I've ate there last time there was spit or something else all over my paper I went in showed the guy couldn't hardly talk English and told me please don't say nothing we're sorry we're sorry so I called a lawyer I started to file a lawsuit on them I would not go near this place
