Never has Dr. Pepper and other drinks like sweet tea. Who ever is managing this location isn't doing very good managing inventory. Then they tell me I can't get a refund for the drink I don't want now bc it's got so much carbonation it taste like sparking water, all bc I did a mobile order. ? worst burger king to go to.

Ordered online. Online. There shouldn't be mistakes but there was. Ordered 2 impossible whoppers without mayo.. one contained mayo. Smh. Then there wasn't the option to add jalapeños online so I asked through the speaker.. "it's extra" ok not a problem. But then you didn't even add them to my burger... please pay more attention to food prep. There weren't even cars behind me to say there was a rush... let's do better!!!!

I went inside this Burger King. I wanted to use the ladies room and wash my hands before placing my order. It was looked, I waited for a while. Then I went to ask if there was a key needed for access to the ladies room. The employee behind the counter said "ORDER FIRST". I asked "even if I would like to wash my hands first?". He insisted again "ORDER FIRST". Not to mention, I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Very poor customer service. I'll never return to this Burger King.I did not order anything. I left.

I came today and got a whopper with cheese. The lady in the kitchen made my sandwich perfectly. I always come to order food . Good job bk stemmons you rule.
Food is good. Fast service. But I'm always fighting to get more ketchup.. I order 2 burgers at times and they give me 2 ketchups to go? ? I will understand if it happens once okay I let it slide. But it's happened like 3 times already..
