I am a regular visitor to Burger King, so the food and service always make me choose it. However, today at the Crockell Hill location, the temperature of the food was not the same - it was quite cold and the fries seemed to be from the day before. When I asked for new fries, they replied that they were freshly made (one is not ignorant). The service was unfriendly and unprofessional. I hope this review helps them continue with the high standards of service and preparation that I always enjoy.

It's probably average. It's closer 2 Walmart and i-30. Not the cleanest Burger King I been 2. And the service is mediocre at best
Terrible customer service, I got there to order breakfast and they took forever to come take my order and then the menu changed from breakfast to lunch while I was waiting. The employees were just talking, then when they finally came to get my order they told me I could not get breakfast anymore and I let them know I was there before the menu changed. The manager was rude and told me that they only had three breakfast sandwiches that I could choose from cause that’s all she had. Which is crazy cause what would she have done if I had gotten there a little before I did.

Very poor Manager and associate skills. Everytime I order from this place i recieve 1-3 items incorrect. Everytime I call I get the run around or they just don't answer. Time to start driving little bit further to another restaurant. This place SUCKS!!! I hope this place looses so much business they have to close.

Horrible Horrible Location. They had me pull up and park as well as multiple other people and after 20 minutes of waiting and seeing two people that ordered after me get their orders I went inside to get a refund and that took another 10 minutes. Would not recommend unless you have time to burn.

This Burgerking always closes early it’s suppose to be open until midnight I’ve came at 10 PM and they don’t answer the drive thru anymore and this is every time
