There was a mixup between BK and door dash. Long story short is that we paid online but never got our food delivered. We call this BK and spoke with this very courteous young lady who did everything she could to make this right. After several phone call back and forth the manager there at that time told us to come by Monday and they would replace our order. He apologized for the inconvenience by door dash and that was that.
