TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This is the second time they've given me tasteless drinks, just watered-down ice. And this time even the onion rings were cold and stale. Even though they remodeled the place, the service is still terrible.

The lady taking orders what's to make it hard for the ones with coupons.. she asked me for a code I gave her the 4 digit code she said it was 3 digits then I pull up to the window and she then says she can't take my order at the window but if I can't find the code she's suppose to help all while me having a 30 min lunch break. Smh never coming here for lunch again

My boyfriend and I went yesterday for dinner. It's like they got the worst person at the drive-thru taking orders. He could barely understand English. We ordered we the double King with fries and a sweet tea. Then we ordered a Whopper with mustard and onion rings. The whole order was wrong when we got home. We had just got off of work so we just didn't check. Everything was full of mayonnaise which was nasty. With the drinks none of them was a tea. They were flat sodas. The only thing that was edible was probably the onions. Just ugh

Took too long it is a fast food restaurant not a 1 hour drive thru if i should of known they were gonna take that long thru a drive thru window i could of gone to a real restaurant poor service too slow never again

I told the girl my code thru the drive thru and she was telling me the system was not taking the code, so I tried several attempts with different codes provided through my Burger King app but they all fail. I was puzzled. It seemed to me that she was not trying to input it in and left me wondering if the system was really not taking the codes as provided. Is anyone else having this issue from this location?

Plus she didn’t give my receipt of my order, I had to ask her for a receipt she printed a duplicate copy.
Now I missed my rewards point for this transaction cause it’s asking a 5 digit code but it only has 2 digits on the duplicate receipt.
