I thought my burger tasted a little strange. Turns out that’s just what it tastes like when it’s not cooked. I knew I should not have gone back to this Burger King. Rude service and bad food. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat.

The service is very good, there are always people who speak Spanish. The service is fast.I give four stars because the climate inside the establishment is cold, as if they wouldn't want you to stay and eat there. They have to have a comfortable temperature inside the premises.

My husband and I went thru the drive thru and lady taking the order was already rude and stated she could not hear us. But she would take long pauses to answer us. Got to the window no one was there waited a few minutes when a lady finally came and her attitude was horrible. My husband gave her his card she walked to the dine in register and came back card got declined and she made ugly face. He proceeded to give her another card and she came back still with an attitude handed him the card he tried to make a joke about the it passing but didn’t seem to help her attitude.Got our order and I asked for additional ketchup she said with and mad attitude there’s some inside and I asked for more she closed the window let me speaking and walked away.I don’t want to think this person is the manager she was working the drive thru had a collar button down shirt.Please if you do not have manners for customers service find something else. Don’t go around making people have a bad experience.

guy there with long hair took like 10 minutes to take my order after he came back from outside ! ladies there just looking at us like strange people without saying at least hi or wait! after I got my order, I asked for a buffalo and BBQ sauce, and the guy replied , " It's 35 cents for each sauce! what !!! I have never been charged for some sauce on any other locations!! bad service bad attitude ? 1st time and last to go this location!

My big fish sandwich was hard as a rock, unable to even break it. Took it back the cashier asked what was wrong with it I explained it to him, so what do you want me to do?, Give me my money back, do you have your receipt, I did and he gave me a 10.00 so I asked for the rest of my change, " read the receipt you asked for and give me all of my money. I will not visit this location on Ledbetter and Hampton again.

Went to order the 3 number #1 was told they don't have a small combo only medium or large. The menu said 9.17 but was charged 10.17 after I asked if the medium was 9.17. Does burger king approve of their customers being ripped off?

Terrible service..on Samuell.. sOo today my son and I went into BK to dine. We ordered two bacon burgers with fries, and two drinks, also my 9-year-old son ordered 8 mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks come in two different sizes, a 4 piece, and a 8 piece.The cashier said they were out of mozzarella sauce. My son asked for the ranch. They gave him one ranch, upon request.We dined in, and my son went to the register and asked for another dipping sauce. The very abrasive manager asked the cashier if my son had nuggets. I overheard it and went to the register, I said no; he had 8 mozzarella sticks. The rude cashier said I gave him some sauce already, the manager looked at me and said it would be .27 for extra sauce. I asked how it was extra if a 4-piece came with one sauce, and an 8-piece came with 2. We only received one. She said no..both sizes come with one sauce.(keep in mind any amount of money is NEVER an issue, the principal is. Besides; my credit card won't charge .27.)The manager was extremely rude as I calmly told her the logic didn't make sense. So, if I order one 4 pieces, I'll get one sauce, if I order another 4 pieces I'll get one sauce. That makes two sauces for 8 sticks altogether. But, if I order one order of 8 sticks, I can only get one sauce. My logic infuriated the lady with braids, who is the manager. She tossed me a ranch and said it was on the house.I said Ty, and we continued dining. During our stay, she recanted the situation over and over very loudly, very rudely. She was berating the other employees, she kept saying she hated her job and would never have her own store and forever will remain just a shift lead, due to her anger issues... The whole time employee children were behind the counter running, and playing from the kitchen to the registers..amongst the food, oven, and other objects. I couldn't believe my ears, I definitely couldn't believe my eyes.Needless to say, I'll never return, and I got in contact with the district manager concerning this matter. It is way worse than I'm making it out to be. I'm cleaning up the language she used against me, and her co-workers.The shift lead is very loud and ghetto, yellow gapped teeth.. Very rude. The cashier nose ring like a bull very ghetto rude and it's not our fault you chose this in life. No home training no logical thinking.. But I bet those snotty nose kids were eating free. Who has kids at their place of employment behind the register.. Andrea does... And the shift lead loud mouth allowed it. They need to be replaced.
