My milkshake was more than I expected. 1st one I ever had of their milkshakes it was free it was a birthday milkshake. I ordered the red velvet it was on point. A course their onion rings are the best I've had. I really enjoy their burgers. And I like their chicken tenders better than most.

I've been to the Preston location and the food is good along with the service. But this location needs some serious help and customer service training. We waited on our food for over an hour because they only had 1 cook and 1 cashier. They made all the online orders before they made our dine in order. We only waited cause my husband was extra patient for some reason. I'm never going back.

Ordered $25 burger and onion rings. Paid for 2 sides of sauce as they were recommended to compliment the onion rings. I did not receive either one of them. Attempted to call restaurant but there’s no dial tone just a busy signal sound but with a faster frequency. Anyway, I used to give places two chances. But who’s got that kind of time anymore? Won’t be spending any more of my money with them

This was my first time ordering from here. I had ordered the beyond burger and fries. The burger was perfectly cooked and very juicy and the fries were delicious. I was very pleased and honestly, it had exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be ordering from here again very soon.
BurgerFi is located in a well designed space, very clean, and has a nice outdoor seating area. The food, however, was pretty average, even the beef/brisket burger that was ordered with high hopes....the consistency of the meat was just a little too soft and a bit mushy, flavor was OK but lacked the smoky brisket flavor I was hoping for. The fries are good and the service was friendly and excellent. I would probably not return but there are plenty of reviewers that had a better experience so I would leave readers of this review to consider giving it a try.

This place was the most luxurious fast food restaurant I have ever experienced in my life. 10’s across the board! Food is DELICIOUS....Shakes are AMAZING! Definitely worth a repeat visit! ?

BurgerFi has become a top choice for me when it comes to burger joints. I love the fact that their burgers are free of antibiotics. I don't do a lot of burgers but when I do this is the place I want to go. They are a bit pricey, but I don't mind paying the extra for good clean beef; it's also a treat for me.
