Good food, service is mid asf. Cleanliness is lacking a bit, but not terrible. This is 100% in the same class as Chipotle on McKinney in terms of service. I will return to this location, but not too often.

7:30PM on 4/7/2021. Ive been to numerous burgefi's before and typically love any location. However I was visiting from out of town and this location was terrible. Let me first start off there were only two employees working. Both were not wearing mask. The one employee interacting with the customers and running their food to them was wearing a plain white t-shirt and sweat pants and you couldn't even tell he worked there. I ordered a beer while i waited for my food. The tap was obviously out of order or too warm as so much foam was coming out. The beer wasn't very cold either. I ordered the burgerfi burger which was completely lacking any cheese which I ordered and hardly any burgerfi sauce. I also ordered fries with cheese sauce. The to go container with the cheese was barely half full.

My milkshake was more than I expected. 1st one I ever had of their milkshakes it was free it was a birthday milkshake. I ordered the red velvet it was on point. A course their onion rings are the best I've had. I really enjoy their burgers. And I like their chicken tenders better than most.

I've been to the Preston location and the food is good along with the service. But this location needs some serious help and customer service training. We waited on our food for over an hour because they only had 1 cook and 1 cashier. They made all the online orders before they made our dine in order. We only waited cause my husband was extra patient for some reason. I'm never going back.

This spot obviously knows how to treat their clients. Always with a super friendly approach. The food is affordably priced, always tasty and clean.

Ordered $25 burger and onion rings. Paid for 2 sides of sauce as they were recommended to compliment the onion rings. I did not receive either one of them. Attempted to call restaurant but there’s no dial tone just a busy signal sound but with a faster frequency. Anyway, I used to give places two chances. But who’s got that kind of time anymore? Won’t be spending any more of my money with them

*** Vegetarian Alert *** This is a great place if you're looking for a good veggie burger. They have beyond meat and in-house veggie patties and I highly suggest the VeggieFi burger...along with the Cryfry on the side because the onion rings are Top Notch. I've been coming to this BurgerFi pretty much since the pandemic started and it's been my go to for some amazing good food every time... I appreciate the entire staff here!
