I had my best birthday dinner here. We ordered Goat cheese salad for appetizer, sea-bass, and lamb for entree. All foods we ordered had perfectly balanced taste and texture. Food presentation was so colorful and pretty. Wine we ordered was Alexander Valley Chardonnay. I loved its slight carbonated touch. It went well with sea bass and lamb of course. We ordered chocolate lava (Fondant au chocolat) for dessert and it was perfectly cooked with proper sweet and bitter. Lastly I appreciate birthday surprise creme brûlée. It was my best creme brulee I’ve ever had. Will definitely revisit :)

The fried calamari appetizer is a must! We order it every time. The mushroom soup with Brie is outstanding as were the flatiron steak and veal scaloppine. The apple tart is always a treat - very light, crispy along the edges and perfectly sweetened. Kudos to Chef Jean-Marie and his team!

The food was excellent as always. The service was good, but we felt a little rushed. The entrees came out before we had finished our appetizers. But otherwise we had a very nice dinner.

Outstanding! Food was prepared to perfection. Presentation was wonderful. Staff is pleasant and works as a team which is rare. The Beignets for dessert were scrumptious: light and airy. The dipping sauces added dimension. We'll be back!

Have been dining at Cadot for many years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Par excellence! Would go more, but Plano is a long way from Arlington so we only go for special occasions.

Came here on my birthday. A waiter named Benjamin made a racist comment as I was ordering to remind me that “this is a french restaurant, not a Chinese restaurant, so the food isn’t going to come out all at once like you’re used to.” He also refused to apologize when given the opportunity.

Service was slow. Food was good but could have been better. I had a pasta dish with scallops and shrimp. The sauce was good but the seafood was flavorless. Looked steamed. It would have been better if the scallops and shrimp had been seared with some seasonings. The other person with me had the beef pasta dish and it was good. A lot of the dishes passing by our table looked good so it may have just been that mine was lacking.

We go one or twice a year as we like to share amongst great DFW restaurants, but it's always perfect! Food is always on point and compared to other fine dining establishments, I'd consider it reasonable. We had filet and salmon entrees and were perfect. Salad was enough to split. They are known for dessert choices and apple tart was superb.

W have been patrons since Cadot opened. Love this place for birthdays, anniversaries, mothers and father's day. Everyone weve recommended also loves this restaurant. Last night my brother was in town. He ordered mussels in cream sauce. I had tried once at another place and didn't are for them. These were in a cream sauce. I had 3 or 4. Next time I will order my own. Jean Maiie is always gracious and can't say enough about Rui our favorite waiter.

Best French food in the city. The chef is magic, the owner is always there to greet guests and talk about food, and the bar manager is one of the most organized and kind leader. The bar is excellent

Cadot is virtual perfection. The menu, the ambiance, the food, the size of the dining rooms, the very quiet, but flawless accordion player, and...again, the FOOD! Ruy, our regular waiter, is a master of customer service, and makes each visit a joy. The variety of selections on the menu, and the specials, make it easy for everyone to enjoy something exactly to their taste. The cocktails are generous and perfect. The meal was paced elegantly. There is nothing to say other than just book, and go. Cadot is as good as it gets.
