I usually don’t leave bad reviews because i feel bad and I don’t want to hurt the restaurant, but I was a little disappointed with this place. I really wanted to like this but I’m not going to lie, I was not a fan of the butter chicken. It was very very oily and the chicken in it was crunchy, it seemed like it was not fully cooked or maybe just not good quality chicken. I couldn’t eat anymore of the chicken. Also, I placed my order online before I left for lunch break...
We found Cafe Laziz on accident about a year and a half ago and we’ve visited as many times as possible. The food is always absolutely amazing, super tasteful and always hot. Everyone is so kind and they’ve helped explain a few of the menu items when we first started visiting. This visit we tried the samosas for the first time (we’re from ETX and don’t have any Eastern food options) and they were so good! The atmosphere is a blast, too. It feels cozy but it’s also clean....
