Delicious cortado, but was not impressed by the desert selection. It is giving Sysco. The packaging and care was a bit sad though, especially considering this was a little more than $6… but better than starbucks or la la land i guess.

Today for the second time I was disappointed with the service. Last time besides the long wait I got a wrong drink , for my 10 dollars for tiramisu cappuccino I got coffee with milk, that was spilled all over the plate and the guy got angry when I pointed out that it is a wrong drink. No refund followed. This time I waited for 20!!!! Minutes for a small cappuccino that I got “to go” instead of a porcelain cup.

Raul is the best barista at the Lavazza café in Eataly! I always get an iced latte from him, it’s perfect every time. He’s super friendly, remembers your order, and gives great recommendations if you’re not sure what to try. You can tell he really knows his coffee and cares about the experience. If you’re stopping by for a pick me up, make sure Raul’s behind the bar. He’ll take good care of you and make your day better.
