after booking on open table they looked surprised when we came in with our party of 5, they cobbled together a 2 top and a 4 top and the two top was smaller than the 4 top so it was all very haphazard while other larger parties didn't seem to have this issue. I'm not sure if it was because I booked on open table or what but it was a little annoying...they made up for it in service although there seemed to be like four different servers we had the food was excellent though...

We've somehow become regulars over the last 6 months and it's mostly based on the outstanding service and friendly/casual neighborhood vibe of the Lovers location. John Paul at the bar and Laurel at the front door make any evening so nice and friendly. Really like spending time there and getting good, consistent food. I am always blown away at how John Paul always remembers everything we order with all the small details. Thank you for putting him on more nights!

Probably the best overall Italian restaurant in Dallas. Intentionally not over-the-top fancy -- just great food and service, and while we're glad to be able to get in at the last minute, they should be busier!
