Well....we came to a pizza place and had pasta. The brisket lasagna was good, but the brisket just tasted like ground beef. Second we ordered the shrimp scampi, good, but not great. We accidentally were brought the pistachio pasta (pasta of the month) it was the table favorite.
Net net...pizza next time. HOWEVER, the portions were huge. Any normal adult could split a meal.

Oh definitely a fave for pizza!! I sure do love pizza! My fave… all shapes! All toppings! Not reviewed before and so not our first visit and not our last. So many menu options to explore. Toppings are always so fresh! Orders are always so prompt and accurate. So many drink options. Beer is always cold! Can’t wait to try out desserts… if don’t get too full from the tempting pizza options

Carmen was excellent, super friendly and attentive. We walked here from another restaurant that ignored us from the moment we walked in & we are so glad we did! Carmen made our night! Food was excellent- ordered side salads and enjoyed the zeppoli. Cocktails will make & string, but not over powering.

Horrible location to order from. Would rather drive further for the one on Gaston Ave if I would’ve known the service was trash. Gave me the wrong order, didn’t even apologize. Said “it’ll be about 15 more minutes honestly” and I had to track down 3 different workers for help. The small older gray haired lady said she was gonna get the manager and didnt, talked to a table for 10 min and then started running out food, dont say ur gonna help if you’re not. Thought they’d atleast throw in a free drink or take off something from the bill or literally anything for the inconvenience, but not even a sorry. Rushed making my food and my dessert “the beast” was basically raw. Don’t ever eat here.

This was our second time stopping at Cane Rosso, and it is always amazing! We loved it the first time and had to stop by on our way through Dallas. I forgot to take pictures, but we love the pizza and pasta! I highly recommend it.
Ordered pick up, parking was a nightmare and they didn't include the $4 meatball I paid for.

I have visited this location twice after gym sessions with my children, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing due to the service. On both visits, the waitress who served us was not friendly and did not clean or set up our table, even though she prepared another table nearby with much more care. I had to ask for basic things, and her reaction made it seem as though she did not understand or was bothered by the request. The first time, I assumed it was simply an oversight, but the same behavior happened again on our second visit. As a parent with two toddlers and a baby, having a clean and properly prepared table is essential. It was uncomfortable to feel that this basic level of attention was not being provided to us. I also couldn’t help noticing that when we spoke—without a typical Texas accent—the treatment seemed different. It left us with an unfortunate impression. We are Italian and genuinely love the pizza here, which is why it is disappointing that the service did not match the quality of the food. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and the experience for all customers moving forward.
