I only got queso, so I can't speak too much on the food (queso was fine!) but I had a horrible dining experience here. The manager on duty displayed appalling behavior that I do not expect from professionals. She was disrespectful, unprofessional, and does not display an attitude appropriate of a customer facing role. Her behavior as a manager is abominable as well. The details: The manager felt it was appropriate to reprimand her team on the main dining floor. I spoke up because our server was fulfilling a request and the manager had incorrect information. She was argumentative in this interaction. I turned to my husband to describe what happened, but instead decided I would tell him later (and said as much to him). As I'm ending the conversation with him, the manager decided to speak over me to tell my husband I had nothing to tell him... She proceeds to make a phone call, I'm assuming to tell on herself, and she's describing the situation that had transpired. I proceed to ask her if she has anywhere else to have this conversation because she's being wildly inappropriate. All in all: 1. Public reprimand. Displays a lack of professional training 2. Rudely talked over me to my husband 3. Made a private phone call to delve into the transpiring situation all while I am in earshot 4. Argumentative Bartender was nice. Feel bad for her and the whole team at this establishment

I ate at Cantina Laredo on 04/17/2024 for lunch while waiting for my next flight. I ordered the cheese enchiladas with beans and rice. I also ordered a side of guacamole. It was pretty good but about 8 hours later, I thought I was going to die . Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, sweating so bad that I was just soaking wet and horrible cramps that felt just like I was in labor . At one point , I fainted on the bathroom floor and was too weak to get up for 2 hours . It was the most awful food poisoning experience that I have ever had. The cramping continued for 24 hours. I have no idea what part of the meal did this to me ...but it was absolutely miserable!

Unfortunately my food here was not very good. I ordered the spinach enchiladas, which were described as having cheese, sautéed spinach, and mushrooms. Instead mine only came with raw spinach inside and nothing else. The sauce on top was good, but the filling was just not even what it was supposed to be. The queso was decent. The server was not the most helpful and was a bit neglectful, though this is an airport so I understand that it gets very busy. The ambiance is fine, not great but again it's in an airport so I don't expect much, it's nicer than other restaurant options here. I definitely wouldn't come back here if I go back to this airport.

Ok, I don't know about all the other food here, but I sat at the bar just outside the restaurant and my wonderful waitress, Redeat (?), was amazing, and recommended the guac. Mmmm! Fantastic! As was the salsa. A glass of Cabernet Sauvignon topped it off at $8.55, a very reasonable price. Enjoyable, great experience!

The eggs were okay, but not for $16. Airport food, right? Biggest gripe: their menu doesn't list cilantro on the "migas con huevos". It lists it on other dishes, but not that one. Sure enough, it had cilantro all over and through the eggs, potatoes, and ... Beans? Were those beans? Or blue corn grits? I couldn't figure it out, but they sure didn't look like Mexican tortillas, which I probably didn't get with my meal even though those were also listed. My waitress didn't even offer to make it right. She just stared at me as if to say, "What are you going to do about it?" I should have made her take it back.At least it was conveniently located by the gates, and they had sports on all the TVs (though there's nothing great at 6 in the morning), so slight bump on atmosphere. It isn't enough to get it out of 1-star land.Vegetarian options: A couple of the breakfast items were listed as vegetarian, but they are definitely not vegan.Dietary restrictions: Avoid if you hate cilantro.

Had a longer than I wanted layover (you've been there) at Dallas Love Field. In the Gate 7 area there are a few options for food. There's a large food court more central to the hub. I wasn't sure what I wanted but came upon this place and the aroma was wonderful so I stopped in! They have a nice variety of adult beverages, since it was later in the day and I still needed to drive home after my connection, I opted for a Diet Pepsi. I ordered the Tacos De Fajitas based on the staff suggestion and I was not disappointed! The steak was nicely seasoned and very tender. The pico de gallo tasted very fresh and wasn't overly spicy but just right! The service was a breeze and it was pretty busy in there. Modern vibe, good seating, happy that they had charging available for electronics like everywhere too!!

I was starving and so I decide to see what I could get for lunch. Two young ladies looked up from their cell phones and greeted me. I told them I was hungry and they showed me to a nearby table. I sat there. I sat there some more. I listened to complaints from other customers and continued to sit to see how long I would sit before anyone offered a menu, some water, anything. Crickets. I watched the two young ladies walk off without telling the other woman I was there. I got up, walked to the front desk , and asked what was in the area. I created a Doordash account and ordered from Whataburger. A complete horrible experience.

While flying through Love Field I had a small layover and was hungry. Mexican food is always at the top of my list and I thought, Texas has good Tex-Mex. Can't be too bad? I sat at the bar and the bartender was a very nice man and very efficient. I ordered enchiladas and a Margarita. Sitting at the bar I expected to receive the Margarita quickly and I did. It had good flavor but wasn't very strong. What really struck me was that I received my food literally like 3 minutes after I ordered. Now being in an airport that isn't a bad thing because people are on tight schedules sometimes, but it also told me this was just food that was popped in a microwave and rushed out. The food didn't taste bad but it was lukewarm at best, cheese wasn't even melted and while it was certainly edible, would have been much better had it been hot. I didn't complain as I needed to get to my gate shortly. I would eat there again but with somewhat lower expectations.

$30 tacos that were not great. They first brought them out with the steak instead of the chicken and the waitress accused me of ordering steak. I did not. Rolled her eyes. Food came out again and it was three tacos and they were 30. Everything else was on the side. I know it's the airport. But please. You're still working for tips. I barely was able to eat one. No one asked how my food was. They could tell it was gross.

enchilada was almost cold and not good. I do not recommend it if you’re looking for Mexican food.

Pretty good airport meal in Dallas Love. Ordered the enchilada Veracruz, which came out really quick. Honestly I was surprised, this dish had really good flavors and well balanced.Every other table seemed to get complimentary chips and salsa, I had to ask the server, who brought it out after I finished my meal. I also ordered coffee which was lukewarm and bland. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied with the experience.
