Very fast. Good service. Daniela was great. Salsa and guac were good. Cucumber margarita was too sweet but otherwise delicious. Other food was average - think glorified taco bell. Guac was small for $15. Seen worse though. Had nice settings with metal silverware and cloth napkins.
The location in Terminal D no longer exists, but we took the Skyliner to it based on the Google Maps listing and reviews. Maybe it’s somewhere else now, who knows.
The worst enchiladas I’ve ever eaten with tomato pasty sauce spread over the enchiladas with a little Chile powder mixed in. The bartender was excellent which is why I don’t give this place a 1 star
The food was ok for an airport restaurant, although there is so much room to improve. The biggest disappointment is that the total amount of the bill was $86.56 and I rounded up to $100.00 including the tip. But now I see they have charged me $101.56! I was on a business trip so I had to take a photo of the bill and today when reporting my trip expenses, I realized the difference.
This is a very specific number for someone to make a mistake for and seems more intentional. I hope it is not. I even tried to contact their costumer service and tried the two numbers on their website but no one answered. The extra $1.56 is not much, but what they have done is wrong! And if they are doing this to frequently, then it makes it a significant amount they are overcharging or basically stealing!

I was 1000% lost in the DFW airport and a very kind hostess (Kim) helped me find my way and went out of her way to help me.
If they are helping someone who did not even sit in their restaurant, that speaks tons of what their service might be in the restaurant to me. Thanks for the positive human interaction!

We had a lengthy layover and decided to sit here and watch some sports, eat some appetizers and have some drinks. The servers were all very nice and are on top of it juggling between people who were in a rush and others like us who were hanging out.Chips and salsa very good queso delicious margaritas were very well put together. If you have a little bit of time to kill I would recommend stopping in here.
Out of essentially everything at 5pm. Didn’t tell us until I tried ordering half the menu and was told no for everything. How you run out of chips? Embarassing
I've been here a bunch over the past couple years and this place has great margaritas and queso.... but the staff seems so unhappy to be here and the atmosphere here is terrible as a result.
Highly do NOT Recommend.
Stepped up to the host station. It took 10min to get service. The waitress came by
Took my drink order. 5 min later. Finally took my order. It came out quick. It was planid. Asked for hot sauce 5 min later. The rice was hard. The chicken was ok. Then she wanted to close the tab because of change of shift. I wanted to tip cash. She took the bill came back and told me that I didn't tip. I was going to use cash when I left. She wanted to leave. Very rude at the end. I will stop by when I come to Dallas airport
Bartender was absolutely rude! She clearly did not care to be at work today! Ordering chips was too much for her. We finally walked out after the 4th curt comment to us! Cantina Laredo used to be my favorite but no longer. :(

Great spot to grab a margarita or beer while waiting for a flight! Free chips and salsa too!! :)
If you’re passing through DFW Airport and looking for a solid meal, Cantina Laredo in Terminal D is the place to go! I was expecting just an average airport meal, but this place completely exceeded my expectations.
I ordered the Carne Asada, which came with beans and rice, and it was absolutely incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was packed with just the right amount of seasoning, and you could tell it was made with care. The rice and beans were great complements, adding to the authentic taste of the dish.
One of the standout parts of the meal was the chips and salsa—seriously amazing! The chips were fresh and crispy, and the salsa had the perfect balance of flavor and heat. It’s not just an afterthought here; they really do it right.
Service was fast and friendly, which is exactly what you want in an airport setting. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and got everything out quickly without making the experience feel rushed.
Overall, this is one of the best airport meals I’ve had. This place has absolutely great food, great service, and a solid atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by if you have time before your flight! And a bonus says if you tell them you’re in a hurry, they will tell you what they can get you quickly.
The food was great and I enjoyed Jessica’a service!
Cozy bar, great margs, and veggie options—plus stellar service by bartender Blake. For a moment, I forgot I was at the airport.
Proper dine in place inside airport. Options were good only not really . But the staff was good . Food was delicious . Was served with chips and salsa . Had vegetarian enchiladas which was good. Portion size was decent and filling. Food quality was fresh. Din have to wait much to get the food. Overall good food.
