This location has a nice atmosphere and vibe. Staff constantly has warm smiles an a eagerness to help. The downside to this is if you have real banking to do you are going to have to drive over 20 mins to get it done. This location only has an ATM for money transaction. Also, what is disappointing is that Capital One doesn't think much of the Southern sector to have a FULL service bank. What is heavily pushed is the app or ATM. As a result the perfect unconventional storm happened to me. Sometimes I still have paper checks to deposit. Usually I would use my phone to take a picture of it and would be done with it. But since my phone is older and Capital One updated their software it doesn't work anymore. I have 3 accounts with Capital One and I needed to deposit funds via the ATM into one of the accounts that card is not connect to. Because this location does not have tellers. Just an ATM. So in speaking with the Customer Service person Ebony she said that I would have to unlink my card from my personal account to my Joint account. This was acceptable. But then I was informed that my personal account had a pending transaction that would have to go through before the switch could made. At this point it does me no good. So I asked if there was another solution to my problem and she said not at this location. So as result I had to drive 30 mins up north to get my situation resolved. With this disappointing experience I am considering closing 2 of my accounts and running my deposits through a Blockchain via stablecoins. At least I can get a min of 4% interest on my account instead of .05% that Capital One gives.

Esmeralda was very kind and helpful though I don't get the point of having this cafe acting as a bank when you have to call another capital one rep (who is probably calling from a call center in south East Asia) If I go asking to switch out my cards spend 15 minutes confirming my Identity just to get denied I could've just called myself from home. Also I didn't get the 50% discount from the coffee as advertised.

Typically this location is great but I had a room reservation for a certain time and was running behind. I indicated this in the app but they cancelled it. Not good at all considering the situation and not notifying me.
