What an absolutely wonderful concept. The place is so warm and welcoming. Many options to pick from (eat & drink)!and discounts for capital one members. The two ladies working at the bank were exceptionally outgoing, warm and professional while assisting me.

One of the best cafés in Uptown Dallas and a great place to work!

The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. They always greet me warmly and, even when it’s busy, make an effort to help find a seat—either in the main area or in the quieter nooks. The baristas are friendly and consistently make high-quality, delicious drinks. Great atmosphere, great people, and a perfect spot to get work done.

It was our first time, and it happened to be on my birthday, so we had a great time, with thoughtful gifts, two delicious croissants, and lattes. I definitely recommend it

We went in to activate my teens checking account zelle service. The atmosphere was super relaxing. The coffee very tasty. The Danishes warm and soft. The representative were super nice. The 2 lady's that helped me were very nice and tried there hardest to come up with an answer to my question. While we didn't get our problem solved. The level of attention and kindness made up for it. We will return for as she said she would get us an answer for next time we go in. Super clean and friendly staff. Fun for my gilrs as well. Highly recommend it. Family friendly.

Coffee is absolute TRASH ☕️👎🏼
The ambiance is perfect; really great for digital professionals or a business meeting - strong wifi, natural lighting, free street parking, etc. But the coffee literally tastes like garbage water 😂🚨 16 oz latte cost $5 after the 50% discount 🚨 You read that right! This bank is literally laughing itself to the bank charging $10 for a latte, and cardholders (including myself) are still falling for it thinking it's such a sweet deal at 50% off 😂😂😂😂😂 Well played, CapitalOne! 🤘🏻 Well played!

Great food and beverages except they advertise 50% discount for capital one card holders except this older lady refused to give me my discount even though I had my capital one credit card ready to pay and she was very rude when I asked for the discount when she continued to refuse I left.

I've been a big fan of Capital One Café since discovering it a few months ago. It's my go-to coffee shop for having some caffeine and getting work done. The coffee is tasty and I get it half off with my Discover credit card so it tastes that much better haha. The interior is bright and spacious with huge windows looking out on the West Village, which nice when looking for a distraction from work! The staff are always super cool and helpful. All but one table has a power outlet for my laptop and there's usually a spot for me to sit (if theres not, one usually opens up quick).

I went on a Saturday morning and there were three or four employees working and a few people in line in front of me. I felt like I was in the twilight zone because after five minutes I realized the line hadn’t moved, so I left.

Third time trying to actually use the café, but it is consistently super packed and cant ever find a seat, literally every time.

Seriously the most amazing service. The ENTIRE staff here is incredibly kind! Came here and had what is typically what is a difficult drink order and they were very patient and helpful, even though it was a free drink. Made my drink perfectly, checking with me to see if it was right. Thank you staff for caring so well for your customers! Will definitely be back

I wanted to make a payment on my car loan, nope, we don’t do that. I wanted to take some money out of the ATM, nope it’s not working. Whatever executive came up with this concept, should be fired, today!
