Waitlisted. Can’t even get in. Waited until the last minute hoping for even 5 minutes. Only when I dashed off to make my flight did I then then get a text saying I could get in. Seems deliberate to me. the few times that I have gotten in it’s pretty crowded. Also. I’ve been on a couple of wild goose chases hoping to use the priority pass but usually get turned away like I’m some sort of riff raff, or the lounge is not very good. Seems like a scam. I ended the day frustrated tired and hungry . Tired of playing the game when chances are nil. Scam.
Great lounge! Good choices for food and beverages. Take away option is very nice.

What is up with the wait? You don’t even have that many lounges to be this expensive of a card, and now your only perk is also not available? This is ridiculous

Way better than any lounge I've been to so far, both Centurion and on the Priority lounges. Food was amazing, drinks were great, staff was attentive. I did have to wait a bit to enter when I came in on my return flight, as it was in the evening, but it was still quick enough of a turnaround that I didn't mind.

We recently visited this lounge, and the experience was quite disappointing. We had a 4-hour layover and thought we could relax for a while, but it ended up being more stressful than relaxing.
First, we had to wait 2 hours just to get in—way too long! On top of that, you’re not allowed to enter if your flight departure is more than 3 hours away. We came from Terminal E, which took 20 minutes to get there, so it didn’t make sense to limit the time so strictly.
Overall, the lounge should be a place to unwind, but with these restrictions and long waits, it was more of a hassle than a haven. I hope they can improve the process and make the experience more accommodating for travelers with longer layovers.

Wait time is 45 minutes to an hour which is insane. Reading other comments, it looks like it was not an isolated incident. Capital one advertises this lounge as one of the main perks of its cards but the facility is not large enough to accommodate its card members.

You pay 3k to fly business one way and wait for 90 mins, terrible experience. Card visitors should have a separate lounge.

Terrible wait time and not so helpful attendants. What’s the point of a lounge if you can’t even use it . 1 hr wait times are waaay to long. The lounge inside gets crowded as a result of the number of people using it. Food is good . Drinks are good. Facilities are decent and the staff constantly keep the lounge neat and clean. They could do with more healthy food options and a better wait time.

90 minutes wait time is not acceptable. The card is not worthy..

A lot of friends and I love and enjoy the capital one lounge. Some of us are pretty tired of the food right now. We would enjoy food of single ingredient in it’s original form much more, such as plain yogurt, just meat ball or ham, salad without dressing, a piece of protein, self serve beer, whole milk, broil eggs. There are a lot of fancy creation that looks good but nothing I can enjoy much. It appears to have strange combinations of tastes to me. The food is mostly carbs. It is difficult to pick food with just protein and/or fibers. However this capital one lounge is still our favorite. It’s a nice place to relax before the flight.

I love the food, but the wait is terrible! 45 mins to an hour every time. Please have a system where people can at least get grab and go!
This was the Dallas lounge. I asked my place in line after waiting 40 minutes and was told I was number 27. So I left. 10 minutes later I got a text it was my turn. Maybe enough people gave up, not sure. There were maybe at most 27 names called in that 40 minutes.

Been here before; lately been denying entry for variety of reasons (I.E. too many people etc). Was turned around.

There’s always a fake wait. Really annoying
Have a backup plan and prepare to be denied for one reason or another. They are solving the wait problem by denying as many people as possible - not having assigned seat, only having inbound boarding pass, not having updated boarding pass for delayed flight, etc.
