Super good food. Messy when it comes to putting lettuce on their burgers. All tastes great and affordable. I got a cheeseburger with jalapeños, avocado, lettuce, tomato and cheese. The fried zucchini is amazing.

Was so excited to be able to come to a Carls Jr after years of not being close or around one, only to be hit with please come inside through the drive through while reviewing the menu with family and friends and I quote because we are running up there drive time. Drive time should not be the focus when customers are at the menu window and deciding what to order specially if there new or havnt been to a place in years. Got to say this ruined a 3 year anticipation and put a poor rep on this location for me. McDonald’s had nicer rude employees

I was not very pleased with the attitude the workers had. It was like in was interrupting them. The tea on the floor wasn't even made right. They were backwards, and when I tried to mention, the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Now on to the food. My burger is had was very, very disappointing, I had a better burger from McDonald. The fries were fine. Definitely will never go by this place again.

I wish I read the reviews before going to this place for the first, and last, time. I ordered at the drive thru window and was told to pull up to wait for my food to be brought to me. I decided to park in a spot in front of the store since there were other cars behind me and the space was short. I watched other customers who ordered after me get their food and leave. After ten minutes or longer, I went inside to tell them I never got my meal. I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then realized my order was never prepared, they had to make it while I was in there. I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the young lady who assisted me when I walked in upgraded my fries and gave me a second drink free of charge due to my long wait for nothing. The burger was a knock off whopper jr. All of that for $12 and almost 30 minutes of subpar food and service. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this place.
