These were absolutely decadently delicious!! Ordered these for my baby girls 1/2 bday celebration..the Red Velvet had the best cream cheese topping! The Make A Wish had a super yummy cookie on top (& my littles favorite!) The Chocolate Chip Cupcake was so moist and delicious..was really curious about the Banana Pudding wasn’t disappointed!! If you’re in Dallas, don’t hesitate to give this a try..will definitely be ordering in the future 😋🧁🍰🍪

I will say the cake cookies and the Nana pudding is good. However, when ordering from them they only pay the most attention to 'tiktok' orders more.....perhaps it's because the platform is bigger and possibly get more exposure. Which doesn't make it right. We ordered some cookies straight from their website because ALL of their flavors aren't posted on tiktok and we wanted to try other flavors. Epic fail they're wayyy to slow in response time and concerns on their website. It was also expressed to them that in some areas the post office delivery drivers etc are irresponsible in delivering certain items or they steal them. With the exception of UPS which successfully delivered our other order in a timely manner. If you all use UPS to deliver the orders placed on tiktok why not use them for orders placed on your online website orders also. This is very disheartening because we had planned on placing other future orders with Carnells cakery, but the lack luster response from them pertaining to the issue is at a loss. I wish Carnells cakery the best of wishes in their business. But please listen to your customers more so that you all can receive the fullest support towards making your business a great blessing and success. Peace be unto you!

It’s so sad when you try to support black people and their businesses and they provide horrible customer service. I’m not local and I’ve ordered from them on tik tok, fast response on their and fast shipping through UPS. I noticed they don’t have the same cookie selection on Tik tok like their website so I ordered 3 cookies from their website, on their website it states they ship in 3 to 5 business days. I noticed my order was not shipped and by that time it was day 7. So I emailed them 3 times of course no response. When they did respond it was 2 and a half weeks later and whoever stated that their website was “glitching” which I knew it was a lie because the website wasn’t glitching when it accepted my payment and they had already created a shipping label a day after I ordered but my order never got shipped out. This is so disappointing because I really enjoyed the banana pudding and the cookies and wanted to support further but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer support. I hold all businesses to the same standard regardless of race but honestly black people provide the worst service but they have good products.

I purchased the OG banana pudding and the strawberry crumble pudding. Both were delicious. I'm big on customer service, and with that being said, please come out and support their dream.
