We just walked out. We have been coming here all the time in Plano however the last 3 times service was awful. This last time was it, never got our drinks took over 15 minutes, bread never came, wine was just sitting at bar. Our server was terrible never came back and the other server noticed and said let me get her. Finally had enough talked to manager and told her we were fed up with service. We are not Karen’s and we are excellent tippers but in order to get my money your customers should be taken care of

The service started out great. After the waitress brought out the card asking us to give her 5 stars, she started rushing us out. All 4 of us had more than half our food left and was asking us if we wanted to go boxes. This was my friend's bday dinner and it changed his whole mood.

Alejandra C was amazing! She was attentive to all of our needs. I came to celebrate my brother’s birthday and it was very enjoyable! She was quick and kind we didn’t have to repeat anything. I really enjoyed myself.
We had a very pleasant experience here for dinner. The atmosphere was nice, and our waiter, Augustin, was very attentive. The food and drinks were very good. I would highly recommend this place.

We love eating the food at Carrabbas! But trying to order food to go is painful. The quality of service has fallen off the last few years. I tried to order food tonight and had to give up with the new "to go specialist". Please train the employees better. I would hate to not eat there because of the terrible to go service. The food is good though!!
