Do not come here; I'll tell you why. The service is rude, doesn't want to make eye contact. Ambiance is about the only thing normal in this place. The food is absolute garbage, filled with sugar, and taste like how you'd imagine Play-Doh and baking soda combined to be. If you plan on having a cake for a party, try Albertson's. Their bakery is full of good cakes, and I'm sure you'll find one better than CLB.

The last few visits to Casa Linda Bakery have been disappointing. The last visit was on Saturday, March 2, 2024. I took my grandson to get a cupcake. We purchased two chocolate and two vanilla cupcakes, and two cheese pockets. All of the cupcakes were stale. The cheese pockets were okay but must have been sitting for a while, as well. The folds on the bottom of both of the pockets fell off when they were being eaten. The last time I bought their petit fours, vanilla ones were fresh and chocolate ones were stale. Quality is not what it used to be.

I love this bakery. Been going there for years. Bought thumbprint cookies and special cookies for Thanksgiving. They were all so delicious. Highly recommend this bakery. And I try to always buy local.

Bought a cake for work. I took a photo and some sketches and they made the most amazing cake ever. They are truly talented. I had made a last minute request for the QB on the back and they actually forgot it. They made those letters in MOMENTS! They are professional and so nice.

Prices were exceptionally high. Really was hoping to find more baked items other than just donuts and small cakes. Was hoping to find breads, freshly baked. Was a little bit disappointed.

I have been going to casa linda bakery for decades and now since it has changed hands to new ownership, the quantity has not been up to par. The people are very unfriendly and the price for we received is not what we were expecting. The colors were off and the icing does not taste the same as in the past. Very disappointing ?

The chocolate cake I bought tasted no better than a cake off the shelf of the supermarket but at more than twice the price for a one layer cake costing $25. Will never buy anything there ever again.

I was picking up a cake for one of my clients, and I could not resist taking a photograph of the large cheeseburger and french fry cake and the Turkey Dinner cake out for display. They look absolutely fantastic!!

I am so disappointed. I just picked up a cake for my granddaughter’s first birthday and it looks absolutely horrible. I have paid over $100 for this cake and it looks like a kinder gardener decorated it. I guess I just expected more from professionals. On my way home. I called to talk to them about it and of course the owner wasn’t there and the girl I spoke with hung up on me twice I do not recommend this bakery if you need anything Custom done or have any special occasion you will be extremely disappointed. Next time I think I might be better off going to Walmart:-(

This place use to be amazing. So sad to see it take a turn for the worst. I was told by a friend that they are under new management and since then they haven’t been the same. 0/10 do not recommend. I ordered dozens of petit fours for a party and they are not what they use to be. So sad to see a Dallas classic go down the drain ) :

This bakery has been around for 75 years but I didn't check it out until I started going to Tran Computers next door. They offer delectable cookies. On my last visit I picked up some gingerbread men and M&M cookies. I bought enough to share but ate them before that could happen because they are just too yummy. Sorry, mom! Be sure to also check out the discount table with bags of gingerbread body parts that broke and other delicious misfits.
