I had mini Beef fajitas. I have had them many times. They were terrible .sides were good.my friends food was good.when they first opened they were great.my beef was very soft.no idea what that meant.i sure hope they return to great food and service they had.there are many other choices of resturants on

Today was my second visit to Casa Rosa and it was just as spectacular as the first. Eloy was our server- he is a subject matter expert, attentive, and polite. The food was incredible. I ordered the combo plate with the beef chimichanga and chicken enchilada, as well as the flautitas for an appetizer. In the past I tried their beef fajitas, which were also exceptional. Parking isn’t an issue, as the Bank of America next door is available as an extra lot after 6pm. Thank you for...

Great food and atmosphere. Insanely bad and slow service so I had to drop the review score. Especially on a prime time, 7:30 pm on Sunday it should not take 2.5 hours to eat here with no water refills and a long wait for our food. It wasn’t even busy!
