The staff who showed us to our room was very nice and explained how to use the equipment. Our server Nathan was great! Very knowledgeable about the menu and drink selections. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because parking is a little chaotic which is understandable for the area, and the room is a bit small, but they had a fan that helped! We're already talking about coming back!

Karaoke is offered in private rooms that can be booked in advanced. Staff were kind & attentive. Very short wait food arrival and prices as well as portion sizes were reasonable. Tried the Korean Chicken, Bang Bang Shrimp, Dan Dan Noodles, Duck wings & Mozzarella corn. Everything was delicious! Especially enjoyed the Korean chicken. Not much meat on the wings. Only drawback was the noise level. I get itâs a âloungeâ but for an early evening outing, the music was super loudâclub level. It was very difficult to have conversation. Overall it was a decent experience and the surrounding shops/bars make it a cute spot to venture.

We reserved a karaoke room at Casablanca Lounge for a fun girlsâ night out. Things started off okay but quickly went downhill.
The host never explained how the room workedâno mention of time limits or expectations. They dropped off water with no glasses, and we had to ask for basics multiple times. Eventually, we ordered food and drinks, and once everything arrived, we were enjoying ourselves, laughing, eating, singing.
The host came back and we asked how much time we had left. He left to check and returned saying, âYou shouldâve been out five minutes ago.â Then he dropped the check, and within minutes, the cleaning crew came in and literally started moving things around us as we were still gathering our food and belongings. It felt rushed, rude, and incredibly unprofessional.
To top it off, for a place of this sizeâon a weekend no lessâonly having two bathrooms is unacceptable.
Would not recommend for group events unless they seriously improve communication and hospitality

Came here for my birthday and was very disappointed :( We had to hunt our server down for everything which was VERY frustrating but downright negligent since they tack on 20% auto gratuity. My friend had a hair in her sandwich (they did offer to remake it). We were outside which was great at first but quickly became uncomfortable because there are no fans of any kind. The decor was absolutely beautiful and made for great pictures but after the lackluster dining experience, we just decided to leave. The food was actually decent, I enjoyed my drinks but I will never come here again.

Even with the rain, this place was a whole vibe. Cute little setup with beachy themed pieces. Bars scattered throughout with their own drink menus. We had the Hurricane đ 𤪠it was so good! I also tried the red chili garlic noodles and totttttzzzzz. Not disappointed, flavorful and spicy! Great service, the bartenders were so fun! Try it!

We had a really enjoyable time at this restaurant! The patio has a great vibe â perfect for relaxing with friends, enjoying good food, and sipping on well-crafted drinks. Everything we ordered was delicious and the cocktails were on point.
The only downside was the heat. While the patio is charming and lively, there are no fans or any real air circulation, which made it very hot and a bit uncomfortable at times. A couple of fans or misting systems would make a huge difference, especially during warmer days.
Overall, itâs a great spot and Iâd still recommend it â just maybe choose an indoor seat if itâs a scorcher out!

saw a previous review about the karaoke room and how servers tip themselves and clearly my experience isnât something new here. Iâve been to Casablanca plenty of times but today my friends and i had a weird experience with our waitress Nasiyah E. she scammed me and my friends by charging us more than she should have only because we paid our tab in cash for the karaoke room plus one entree and two drinks. In the first receipt we received our total was $224.44 originally. We told Nasiyah we wanted to split only the karaoke room four separate ways and to add the drinks and entree to the bill of whoever ordered them. she somehow took $93 from me? didnât make any sense. we asked her to explain to us why it was more than anticipated, which she then took our receipt and was gone for ten minutes. She then came back with the other two receipts and some cash to give back to us. so obviously she took more than she needed from us but we were still a few dollars short and none of the receipts she came back with made any sense. We were going to have the manger come by but we were not feeling safe as the whole situation felt off.

The tipsy elf ambiance is amazing, I highly recommend. The crispy chicken sandwiches were dry but the spicy tuna crispy rice was delicious! My biggest problem was when the check came. I ordered two martinis with Titoâs vodka. The waiter charged me for grey goose and then added an automatic large party gratuity (we were just two people). I asked him about the charges and he said grey goose was âthe same price as Titoâs and I couldnât find the Titoâs buttonâ. I doubt that. They also said that everyone is automatically being charged the large party automatic gratuity because of the tipsy elf but that wasnât stated on the menu or anywhere that we saw. It felt a little deceiving.
Such a vibe for Christmas!! I love their holiday drinks, decor and I wish they open until later time but they close at midnight. Visit at least once
