we came here for my friends 21st birthday! the staff was very friendly and the food was so amazing!
We gad a reservation at 8:45. We got a table al 9:55!! Very unpleasant ambience as well. What a shame it used to be our favorite place.
We went Sunday night to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. The overall experience was great! Exemplary customer service from the gentleman opening the door, to the beautiful smiles at the hostess stand, the bathroom senora, the coat check gentleman, the waiters, the support staff. Simply top notch!! It was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a very long time. This is to be expected at a high end establishment but is not always achieved. The food was pricey but delicious overall. We had various apps and sushi, the wedge, a plethora of sides and our entrees. So we did some serious sampling. :) My only critique and why the 4 star on the food is that all of our steaks were under seasoned. Will stick to the seafood next time! Gold Star to Cath Dallas and their amazing crew!
Catch is our favorite place in Dallas!! FOOD IS A MAZING & SERVICE is Always top notch! I cant say enough for this place!! Ambiance is romantic and chic. From the moment we walk up the stairs to enter the restaurant to the end of leaving the restaurant - the Staff is incredible. Til next time.....
Great food and great service. The only negative was that it was very loud and not easy to hear the person sitting across the table.
Everything was delicious however please add some more wines by The Glass that are under $20
I made reservations at The Catch for Thanksgiving knowing that some in our party did want a traditional Thanksgiving meal, but I did. The turkey dinner was just ok. The turkey itself was very fatty. It was accompanied by mashed potatoes and roasted potatoes and a few burnt Brussels sprouts. When I asked for some bread, I was told there was none. (When we later ordered tuna tartar it was accompanied with...bread.) Perhaps I expected too much because, after all, it is a seafood restaurant. The salmon dinner that was ordered was very small. My biggest complaint is the music. In a fine dining setting one doesn't expect to hear disco music. It was obnoxious. I won't be back.
Catch Dallas leaves lots for improvement. The NY and LV locations have figured out how to deliver good food, amazing service, and rememberable ambiance. Dallas Catch lacks an attention to service and a lack luster bar program. It's too bad. It needs to focus on the Texas consumer experiece if it's going to compete with the city's local steakhouses.
I will send a private message. All I can say is that the food was great and the server seemed decent at first and poor at the mid to end of our visit.
A perfect evening. The food was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The food and service were excellent once we got seated. However, I had a 9:30 pm reservation and wasn't seated until 10:10 pm, which was disappointing.
Loved this beautiful setting. Service was superior. Quite interesting menu. All in all it was a 5 star evening. Can't wait to come back.
Amazing food. Sara's service was perfect. It was an awesome experience. Thank you to the chef for the chocolate chip cookies. Wow!!!
I was honestly underwhelmed at my second time dining here. The hype doesn't match the delivery from cuisine to service truly an overrated establishment with mediocre food and cocktails that drink like mocktails. I've had their dinner and brunch, and I believe management should dine with competitors here in the DFW metroplex where hospitality is taken seriously.
Fantastic food, BUT very strict with flash photography and not allowed to take any cakes for any celebrations. Very crowded, took forever to get seated even with a reservation, front desk isn't very welcoming.
