The ice cream here is SO GOOD. very tasty, super creamy. I always get "The Cauldron" which is cinnamon ice cream with oreo crumbles. I just had it a couple of hours ago and I'm already craving it again!They have bubble cones but I get mine in a bowl. To me the bubble cones are overrated but that's probably just a personal preference thing since I almost always get ice cream in a cup no matter where I go.

Didn’t get the chance to try this spot because no one was in the front. My boyfriend and I waited for about 5 mins and we finally decided to call the phone and maybe someone will come up. We called and the girl came out and went straight to the back where she was first at and didn’t even see or acknowledge us. We left. There was two young girls back there… Great service…

I love the cookies and cream in a dark chocolate cone and the service was great.
The ice cream was pricey and kind of gimmicky as they use liquid nitrogen (?) To make it (???) Anyways it was $7 for my cup of ice cream that I requested to be rose shaped and it was barely rose shaped. Also I got the cereal and milk flavor. It was just vanilla with a choice of cereal as a topping (not worth)The Summer Elixir drink was also terrible. It was basically some pineapple juice + sprite + pomegranate syrup. Way too sour and was difficult to swallow.The place was also sticky because staff didn't have enough time to clean tables, and the music was so loud. Overall the atmosphere was cringe.The two workers get 5 stars though. Very friendly and handled the after dinner rush well.

When we went it wasn’t busy at all. It did seem pretty dirty inside.I noticed my chocolate ice cream tasted like chemical and several hours later I keep burping and tasting it :( idk if it was the actual chocolate flavor or the way they made the ice cream but it was not

Waited more than 20 minutes for the ice cream. Wasn't super busy. The music was so loud we couldn't have a basic conversation. Better ice cream options that are not as expensive. Place overall looked beat up inside walls were dirty and wasn't a very pleasant location.
