Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA.
We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to

CAVA is a favorite among locals, offering delicious food. The staff members are friendly, with one exceptional staff lady providing wonderful service. This CAVA location in particular takes the cake, with welcoming customer service and caring hearts. Customers can get wraps and bowls that are great. The atmosphere is incredible, and the service is amazing, fast, and super friendly. Despite parking being terrible, CAVA can provide excellent service, even near closing time.
