I redeemed my free pita crisps through the app via a pick up order. I got a text saying my order was ready and to head to the pick up shelf inside the restaurant. The pick up shelves were empty. I sat at a nearby table and waited. A few minutes passed and no orders were added to the shelf. I saw 2 orders of pita crisps sitting behind the cash register.
I stood up and waited by the register to let them know I had an online order. I was standing in a position so that all 3 employees working the line could see me, and none of them stopped to ask what I needed. There was not even a second of eye contact to get their attention. After they finished ringing up one customer, they immediately went back to the front of the line to help the next customer (as they should, but not at the expense of mobile orders).
I left after about 10 minutes

This is a great location and the food was excellent. I appreciate how come the staff was when I was ordering my food. I couldn’t decide. And I noticed a young man hustling and taken care of the guests and also the staff, in the end I found that he was a manager, and his name is Frank, and I think he’s doing an amazing job. I recognize a committed and dedicated person when I see one. Thank you

Why offered delivery ? Should we request delivery a day before. I order 1 hour before my lunch time and i been waiting … nobody has come thru and i call customer service and no one answer .. dont offer delivery if yall canr deliver
