I’ve been a regular at Chipotle and Cava for a while. While Cava offers a great variety of toppings, dips, and dressings, their stinginess with the base ingredients like rice, lentils, and greens is really disappointing. It’s frustrating to watch them measure out such small portions for the base—it feels like I’m paying more for less. Be generous with the base, y’all! It makes a huge difference for your customers.

Cava is great restaurant chain, although this locations lacks quality service. The employees that I’ve encountered do not provide with all your options when you create a bowl, they expect you to already what your limits are when you order. The meat is always a hit or miss depending on the day, but everything else tastes great. They do not give you your pita that’s supposed to be inc closed in the meal unless you ask for it. Poorly managed location.

We love Cava in our household, but this location has messed up our orders the last two times we have been there. This time, my partner went in and ordered, and the previous time, we ordered on mobile. Tonight, I couldn’t even eat my food because it was all sauce. I was given one portion of chicken when I asked for double, and two huge scoops of harissa sauce, which took over the flavor of the whole bowl. I believe what happened was that the person making my bowl heard double harissa and not “double harissa honey chicken.” But it was just way too much sauce, because I had already added tzatziki and hummus, and then the lemon herb tahini was added on top instead of on the side. I know that this was an honest mistake, but it isn’t the first time we have had issues with this store. I love Cava, but I’m not feeling very confident about visiting this location again.

Consistently bad experience every time we try this location. At this point I just chalk it up to being managed poorly. We go to the next closest location any time we want CAVA despite this one being a mile away from where we live.
Reoccurring experiences: Food does not taste fresh, the restaurant isn’t clean, they always forget to give the pita that comes with the bowl, napkins and utensils are not filled
Isolated experiences: One time the lentils were inedible (literally not cooked) ???
