Service was very good here.Food was fresh store was a little dirty. Restrooms could be cleaned but other than that. Great experience friendly staff. I would definitely be going back there on my lunch breaks.

Alright here we go. Ive had the food at this particular location 3 times. 2/3 I’ve gotten sick. Sick as in middle of the night pain. This is was due to poor service and sanitation. Granted i went near closing hours one time. But there’s zero reason that the scoopers look like they haven’t been washed all day and would have the audacity to put all of the scoopers in one trey. At the time the two employees looked at each other slightly and smirked because they knew the scoopers were dirty. And knew I was looking and grabbed a “less dirty one”. Long story short I didn’t finish the food and got sick that night. Personally idk if people even care enough to look at the details but since I’ve gotten sick. I don’t plan to spend any money in cava moving forward until they meet the standard of sanitation and making sure the food is fresh. Not just the early hours, all day while they are serving food

It was my first time even hearing about this place when I ate there. I built my own bowl and it was delicious. It was like Chipotle style eating, with a literal Chipotle next to it, but the tastes were amazing. Highly recommend! The servers were so nice allowing me to taste some of the things before choosing. My only issue was when I went to go sit and a couple of the tables still had food remnants on them and the floor was sticky by one table.

So I came before 9:30 pm... they close at 10:30 pm. I know restaurants shut down at least 30 minutes before close so a hour is enough time to get what you want. First, they're out of white rice... they're not literally out of it. They ran out and chose not to cook anymore. I hate brown rice! Today only on the app, they had a reward for free pita chips. The worker tells me they don't have any...unacceptable because I know they have some... it's the cook who didn't fix anymore. So I said nah, I want my pita chips. There's no reason the fryer is shut down this early. The worker then says he was able to fix them then proceeds to hand them to me, instead of putting them in a bag because I'm also ordering a bowl that isn't finished. I ask the other worker to put the chips in a big bag...I don't wanna hold my food when it's going in a bag. Then she puts on the stuff so fast that she didn't put on the hummus and crazy feta...I found out later when I got home. And I didn't get a chance to tell her to put the dressing on the side because she was so fast. It was giving the workers are confused... nice but I rather they be competent. Won't be back to this location.
