Beyond rude service , the 2 guys there don’t like to work and speak like we’re in a library except a busy mall , why is there only 1 person running around getting everything/ serving everyone , the 2 Hispanic guys just standing there talking to each other having ti be asked for help go getting toppings in your order , and the 1 Hispanic girl cashier throwing utensils, our pita , and our drink at us , asked her 3 times for a bag - I said excuse me and please and all she did was stare at me like looking dumb staring off to space and ignored me and went to go grab stuff . So I had to reach over and grab one myself. If we wanted to be served like trash we weirdo go to a crappy fast food location. This is not the first timing dealing with them but unfortunately this is the closest location to us and the food is great . If you don’t want to serve people in a nice way don’t work in customer service it’s that simple there’s many options that don’t require customer service.

I had a great experience at CAVA NorthPark Center thanks to Malcom and Allie. Both of them provided excellent service friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They made sure everything was just right with my order and really went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience. It’s not often you come across staff that make you feel valued as a customer, but Malcom and Allie definitely did. I’ll definitely be coming back!
