They’re stingy af here. They don’t have lemonade and they wouldn’t even give me 1 single extra mini side pita for my partner. I’ve never had that problem before at any cava, hell I used to work at 2 separate locations and it was never a rule that I couldn’t give customers an extra side pita

Got two and chicken bowls. Rice was dried hard and crunchy. I took it back to the counter and they didn't offer any replacement or refund. Not even a word sorry that it was bad. That's not usually businesses respond. Food gone bad is understandable but people's attitude about not doing anything about is not very polite.

I have ordered lots of time from this location and I recently noticed that the server are CHEATING when giving the DIPS. I ordered a DIP and I found that instead of scoping the DIP they were just swirling it from the TOP of the DIP dish and giving . It’s really Unfair to the customers who paid full price for their meal.
Karla provides superior service. She is efficient which is important on your lunch break. Not only that but she is also very friendly and has a good attitude. Will definitely return! Thank you for an excellent experience Karla.
