Also ordered a Cavalli smash burger on lettuce instead of the bun. Don't ever do this because they'll leave EVERYTHING out except the meat and cheese. I could have gotten a better version of the burger at Burger King. When we brought it to the server's attention, the only solution offered was to bring us the missing items in a small bowl. Didn't offer to remake. When we asked for a manager, the story was there was not one working. So no credit, no replacement, just missing items in a bowl. Do better Cavalli. Your staff is more concerned about their paycheck than customer satisfaction.

I came all the way from Houston with my family, really looking forward to some good food and a chill night with sheesha. Honestly, I was let down. Everything we ordered came out cold — the mandi rice was especially disappointing, so soft it felt like it hadn’t been cooked properly. When we asked for someone to fix the sheesha, we called the hookah guy three times before he finally showed up. On top of that, there was only one server working the whole restaurant, so everything felt slow and like we were forgotten. We had high hopes, but this was far from what we expected. Too bad, because it could’ve been great.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. I truly don’t understand how this place is still in business when they can’t even get the basics of good service right. There were plenty of servers walking around, yet after waiting over an hour for our food, nothing was ever brought out. The server repeatedly told us “five more minutes,” but the food never came. Eventually, we just left — our time completely wasted. It’s incredibly rude and unacceptable to treat customers this way. How hard is it to make a simple milkshake and provide decent service? Shame on Cavalli for such poor management and lack of care for their customers.

I live their food but the customer service is WORST. I placed an order for pick up and it wasn’t even ready. I sat there 30 minutes. I’m literally disappointed. This happens every time. They need to fix it !!! I was thier regular customer but not anymore.

I don’t know why I keep giving this hookah lounge a chance. I’ve probably been here maybe 30+ times this year. The #1 thing I hate about this place is how bad it smells of burnt coals the second you walk in. By the time I walk out every single time my hair smells like it’s been in a furnace. I used to go regularly during the week but the service has gotten so bad even when they hardly even had 1 or 2 tables during the week. I quit going regularly about a month ago cause the hookah was so bad and they don’t do anything about it. I went a few weekends ago with girlfriends, we ordered 3 hookahs after waiting 25 min for our order to be placed. Hookah came out another 30 min later only after we inquired twice where our hookahs were and it wasn’t event busy. Within 15 min of getting my hookah it tasted burnt so fast the Arab gentleman who knows I’m a regular argued with me that we had been there for over an hour and that’s why it burned. I knew for a fact we weren’t there for an hour and even if we were had just gotten our hookah. Forgot to note that it took 15 min for anyone to come over after I asked someone to check my hookah so they let their time run cause he pulled up our order tickets too. He kept arguing back and forth. The service of this place has gone completely down the drain.
It was an awesome place , Hokah and Traditional Music with Outdoor Seating also available. As confirmed by the staff, it is also Zabiha Halal restaurant.
