Used to be one of our favorite places but the service has completely collapsed. We arrived with only three other couples in the restaurant, leaving 90% of the seating open. The head maitre d' brought us to a table in between two other couples. When I asked if we could sit at a table that was isolated and more private, he responded with “I think it might be reserved.” When I politely asked if he wouldn't mind checking he responded “no” that he wouldn't check. We ordered appetizers (tasted great, but presentation that was greatly degraded since last we were there), paid, and left. And, as you could have guessed, when we departed the still virtually empty restaurant there was no one in the section that was maybe sorta “reserved.”
Place had a nice atmosphere. Food was delicious. Not loud at all. Really enjoyed the restaurant. We definitely will come back and try a different dish.
We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at CBD Provisions! It's a beautiful restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. Our waiter was outstanding!
Phenomenal food, cocktails and service. One of the best restaurants in the Dallas area. The Australian Lamb is best the lamb I have ever had.
Starkly different experience than we have had previously. Despite being adequately staffed given we were one of 4 tables and we counted 15 employees; our table was rarely visited. We had to flag people down and our medium burger was chewy and over cooked. Sadly disappointed .
The service is amazing at CBD, but for it to be a steakhouse, I would expect the steaks to be cooked to perfection. My brother and I both ordered our steaks medium. There was a misunderstanding when he ordered, and so his steak wasn't served when the rest of the orders came out. And when it finally did come out, his was medium rare. Mine came out medium well. The servers and manager did everything they could to make up for it, but I will most likely not return.
Stopped by to check out the menu and boy does it look good. ??

Came in and met a friend for brunch
Restaurant was empty with the exception of 2 other tables.
Ordered pastries they were sold out
So ordered pimento toast
Before the pimento toast came they told me they had 1 croissant and fresh blueberry muffins
The croissant was underbaked and inedible
The muffin didn't have many berries in it and tasted like flour needed some love
Our server was slow and too chatty
Got the pimento toast after a long wait and it was extremely underwhelming.. barely any pimento and an undressed unseasoned salad on top
The bread was really nice though (also made at their bakery called "commissary" )
Got the eggs benedict 8/10 the corn muffin base was too heavy and lacking in flavor but the rest of the dish was heavenly especially the breakfast potatoes absolutely flawless cook and seasoning on those
And the chilaquiles was phenomenal i couldn't stop eating it was so addictive every bite more interesting than the next. Really loved that dish.
Would come back to try dinner I think this place when operating with its A team would be a 10/10

My husband and I stayed at the Joule this weekend and CBD Provisions was our favorite meal of each day. The amount of attention to service, presentation, and going the extra mile for the WOW Factor was so evident! You must try the Steak and Eggs, scrambled with cheese, and the breakfast potatoes have this smoky seasoning that is so satisfying against the creaminess of the eggs! Yum, I’m getting hungry thinking about it.
Make sure to request Eric and Tommy for your server team! Johnathan the GM was so on point and aware of the room too. We own a food and beverage business so I’m already thinking of how I can share the experience with out team.
Dietary restrictions: They made a point to ask about any allergies or special dietary needs as soon as they greeted our table.

I ate here with my husband two days in a row for breakfast and the food was delicious. Best breakfast I’ve ever had!
The first day our server was a kind lady with great service, she was so quick and attentive.
The second day we got a male server and he was not up to par with the previous lady’s service because he forgot about us to say the least. However, that did not take away from the yummy food and the great ambiance of the restaurant.
Later on in the day the chefs came across us and apologized for the wait! That was a nice gesture considering it was not even their fault.
Overall it’s a great place to dine in :)

The customer service is out of this world and the food was absolutely fantastic! Everyone from the host Tom, our server Eric and the GM Jonathon just went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us! If you’re in Dallas, you must stop by. Truly a remarkable experience!

Went to Celebrate 15 year anniversary. Took a long while to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. We drove over two hrs to come there. Thanks for the amazing meal. Lamb Chop where lip smacking.
A must try breakfast place! Eric was very friendly, helpful, thoughtful and hard working. We were lucky to have him serve us all three times! The yogurt and french toast are absolutely delicious. You would never think some of the ingredients used together in these dishes would make sense! Like… mint in your granola?! Or apricot on your French toast?! I would eat the yogurt every day if I could and french toast on the weekends. I’m an iced coffee connoisseur and lemme tell ya… it’s risky business! You never know what it’s going to taste like… but this iced vanilla latte was so good!! I would definitely order it every morning. Didn’t get the chance to have lunch or dinner but I did order the Texas sheet cake for dessert. It’s very sweet so order to share! We were guests of The Joule so it was very convenient to have downstairs. Even if you’re not a guest I would recommend. It doesn’t feel like a “hotel breakfast”. We will be back! Thank you CBD!
