If I lived in Dallas, I'd be here all the time. Really nice vibe, and very tasty beers. I was in down for a dad-daughter trip, and I wanted to do something for me - so I found this highly rated brewery and decided to stop in. The variety and taste are great. The place itself is kid friendly (my kid is a little older, so there is that). I didn't realize that the food wasn't always there, but that wasn't a huge or legitimate issue for us.

Very cool video with the cosmos theme and the constellation painting on the walls.

Pourer seemed to be having a great day. She was super friendly.

Casual & cheerful place with great beers!
I had Virtually Inseparable hazy IPA, Eternal shadows (coconut stout) and tasted a couple more and they were all wonderful! The bartender was friendly and attentive, knew how to pour a perfect glass of beer 😎
Also had street tacos (veg) from the food truck and they were also great!
