Absolutely one of the best breakfast buffets out there. I visited early on a Saturday morning while a convention was in town.

The buffet had a wide selection of freshly made breakfast items with a 15 item omelette bar. I had low expectations based on previous reviews but service was attentive and timely. I hope my travels take me back here again.

Cynthia was wonderful! She joyfully greeted me at the host stand and was very eager to assist. I was at the Hyatt, attending a work conference and made my way to Centennial, during a break in the sessions. I didn’t get much, (I had tea), but she was so accommodating, as if I had ordered a five-course meal. Thank you for making my morning so much easier, Cynthia!

I would give a zero if I could. Our waiter Mario came around then disappeared for gaps of time. Everyone around us had food people who arrived before and after our group. We had ordered appetizers which never came. I honestly think or waiter forgot to put them in. A lady came over to let us know it'd be another 20-25 minutes before we would have anything after waiting for an hour

Waited for 5 minutes to be seated. A member of the Hyatt staff brought some lady up in front of me and they seated her first. When I asked the host what about me? She shrugged her shoulders and walked off.

I came here for breakfast, and the service is beyond awful. All the servers would neglect my table, and took over 20 minutes to just place an order. The food itself was subpar, as I ordered the brisket hash and the eggs benedict. The breakfast bar looked very average, but definitely pricy for the selectiom they offered. It did include an omelette bar, which is nice, but is very limited compared to other omelette bars I have seen. Atmosphere is nice, but very easy to be blinded by the rising sun in the morning.

I am fairly certain I got food poisoning from this place. My son got a ribeye steak, which was cooked correctly and delicious. That is the only thing about this meal that was good. The vegetables were barely cooked. My chicken Al pastor was the driest chicken I’ve ever eaten which makes no sense because it was on the bone and had skin. How do you overcook chicken to that point without burning it? I have no idea but they did it. It was technically edible but in no way enjoyable. It was also flavorless. I woke up the next morning with extreme diarrhea.

Luisa is the sweetest waitress ever. Best queso I've ever eaten couples with delicious mamosas. Baja tacos were pretty good but the star were the sides. Best crispy fried perfectly golden crinkle cut fries ever as well as a fresh tomato cucumber salad. I normally hate cucumber, but this tasted almost sweet and had a great crunch to them.

Ate here today for lunch. The six of us ordered food at 12:30 but didn't receive the food until 1:20. I just ordered the Cobb salad. I could only eat a few bites because it was so drenched in ranch dressing. The dressing is all I could taste. The menu said it came with smoked chicken, so I was picturing chicken chunks or a chicken breast. Instead they were the smallest little morsels the size of a fingernail. I had to dig through the salad to see if there was any chicken in it. It cost $16 and was not worth it at all.

I was so excited to dine here while me and my husband celebrated our anniversary at the Hyatt. Well, I was dead wrong to think it would be nice. Our waiter, Joan H., he had curly hair, wore glasses, light brown skin. Was one of the worst waiters I have ever been serviced by. Not only did he constantly ignore us, but he was clearly attending to tables right next to us. We had to call other waiters to get him and they clearly let the manager know and he didn’t do anything. We waited more than an hour and a half. Because Joan was too busy not being our waiter to even let us order. I have never felt so disrespected at a restaurant that on the outside looks so nice. I will not comment on the food because I left the restaurant before it got to our table. Paid almost 80$ for being treated like a pest. What a shame, I hope Joan realizes his mistakes and gets better.

My breakfast spot for two days… Centennial, the 2nd-floor eatery in Hyatt Regency Dallas. The service was excellent on the first day but dipped to average on the second. The açaí bowl was a standout, and the chia seed pudding was a delightful surprise. The airy atmosphere and breakfast create a pleasant dining experience.Serves many dietary restrictions!
