Can't comment on anything else other than service. Staying at hotel for conference and after long day didn't want to travel outside of hotel for food. Sign says to seat yourself but it also should have said to serve yourself. Sat at table for 10 minutes with employees walking by. Didn't get a hello, wave or water. Husband and I left and walked to another establishment.

Centric is such a fun place full of great people & food & drinks. Felipe, Kisham, Kevin & the manager Karina are always so sweet & welcoming & anticipate any need we ever have. I highly recommend thus place of you want to feel at home. The food is awesome also & the espresso martinis are my favorite here with fresh brewed to order espresso.

Nice hotel restaurant. Had breakfast a few times and a dinner. The service was very prompt and polite as you'd expect and food pretty good. For dinner, was surprised how good the chicken buffalo rolls were and they were pretty hearty. I had the breakfast buffet one morning, and pretty standard. Their traditional Eggs Benedict were great with extra hollandaise sauce.

My goodness, terrible service—do not waste your time. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to speak with me and when I ordered a tea to go I was handed a glass of hot water and told the tea box would be by soon. When the water turned cold and nobody had again visited I left—and nobody said a thing. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit this cafe/restaurant.

Kevin, our server, was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. Every part of his recommendations were on point. We came back twice and the food was divine each time. The duck empanadas, the birria quesadillas, and the corn pudding were the highlights of our meal. 100/10. Having a great wait staff also helped.

I generally dont eat at hotel restaurants because they are mediocre. Not this place. I ate here 2 nights in a row and the cocktails were great and the food was excellent. The bartenders the first night left a little to be desired. Kashim though, Kashim was great. He was friendly and attentive.

Everyone was friendly but: The quality for the price isn't there. Burger, overcooked, dry, bland and room temp at best. Bacon cold and fatty, and the cheese looks to have been melted last week. NO condiments. I did get some ketchup at least. Fries, again room temp at best.
None of this was even close to being worth the $23. Ridiculous, I will go somewhere else the next time I stay here.
I never had a single person waiting on me. Prob 4 different people in and out. I think there were all managers but I just paid and left.
Food took forever to come out, they were out of basic items like burgers, there was stuff floating in my drink and everything was very overpriced! Not worth it, find somewhere

The service and food were not excellent! Angie was so kind and recommended the Carne Asada, which was delicious! Drinks were also on point. You shouldn't let the stigma surrounding hotel restaurants keep you away. We were pleasantly surprised.

First I asked what was recommended. I had a taste for a steak. Kisham my server suggested the new york strip. I normally would not have gotten that because my steak of choice is porterhouse. He told me that he guaranteed that I love it. I asked him to order mine as if it were his own. Perfect. He was the best server I've ever had. Kudos to you Kisham. Every establishment needs you. I wish I could take him back to East boogie. Keep up the good work.
