Some joints are a total shot in the dark, this joint really was. Boss Lady and I came in for lunch due to the reviews...bad mistake. Don't get me wrong, the food isn't too bad, but with a name like this. We half expected meet to be grilled on open flames...it wasn't. I can make a better burger at home.Also, the place needs a whole lotta renovation and TLC. The staff was nice enough but somewhat cold.Won't be back.

The truth is that the service is terrible and very slow, it takes too long to have your order ready since the boy who served us is no longer there, nothing is the same without the cook Daniel I remember when he worked here there were a lot of people and the service was very fast

For me, it was a blast from the past. I ate here over 35 years ago and it was wonderful then. Last night it was amazingly wonderful. Great juicy steak, perfect baked potato and a crisp salad. I will continue going here!

I been a customer for a while when I get a taste for a T-Bone steak I head on over to charco steak house.Nice and clean environment place to Dine in.Price affordable good customer service.Nice cool air.When you have that taste for your favorite steak and bake potatoes make charco-Broiler the place.

Now listen when I order Catfish, I want Catfish, not Swai... This fish was horrible, HORRIBLE I TELL YOU!!! If you don't sell REAL catfish, put a sign up that says, Catfish is fake.. just kidding, but at least be honest with your customers and tell them it's not for real, for real catfish. I was so disappointed, I didn't eat it all. The prefixed salad was the only good part of this meal. Can't go back for seconds on salad without paying extra. Until next time. Be Blessed

I had dinner at the location on Buckner Blvd on 7/15/23. I normally do not go in that area but it was a family bday dinner. The restaurant has been sold and is not owned by the same people. The new owners even charged me for a to go cup for my drink because I didn’t want to use one of their dirty glasses. The food was horrible, cold and too expensive for what they served. The ribeyes were tissue paper thin and they tried to say it was a 13oz at almost $20. We had seniors in our party and they ordered a senior chicken fried steak with light gravy. Their steaks had massive gravy on it, so much it was dripping off the side of the plates. The man was told it was suppose to be light gravy he took the plates back and instead of him making them a new plate he scraped the gravy off the top of the steaks and made a mess out of the steaks. The plates were the same plates he brought out the first time still dripping in gravy. Also the seniors were charged regular price for their senior plates. We will never go back here again. ??
