all the ladies were very rude. they dont speak english but thats not even the problem, they had the worst attitude. i was standing at the register for 5 minutes before a lady came to me and i started ordering and she interrupted me and asked if i was paying with cash or card i didnt even get to finish saying card before she rudely said for card is at the kiosk. then when i finished ordering i was standing there watching my food be made and a different lady came and asked me “do you need something” in spanish and said it with a rude tone. i ordered extra lettuce and extra teriyaki and they didnt put it so i asked the lady if she could put more and she completely ignored me, i said it again when she was almost done and she added maybe 5 more pieces of lettuce. terrible customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Very very rude...I ordered 2 combos with certain toppings but when I got my order it wasn't added. I went to ask about it and one of the employees...the shorter female act as if she couldn't understand or speak English...I repeated myself and she started laughing and speaking Spanish to her coworkers. I asked what was funny and she rolled her eyes at me..I showed her my receipt and she literally snatched it from me and when I asked her about it she walked off rolling her eyes speaking Spanish as if I didn't know what she was saying. Very Very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate

Every visit the hispanic employees are so rude and proceed to talk nasty in spanish as if no one else can speak spanish.

I waited 40 mins for just chicken wings and fries. I constantly kept asking about the order and they kept me waiting and in the end they were not even apologetic that they missed my order. Bad service.

so I was in the mall shopping with my family went into the restaurant. The first young lady was very nice, but the cooks were horrible. Rude argue me down about what I purchased will not go back to eat there. Thank you.

The staff always has an attitude. Literally every time I go in there, they act like you’re bothering them. I ordered ultimate fries with cheese bacon and ranch and they forgot the bacon. When I said something she pointed at the menu and said “it comes with cheese bacon and ranch”…I said I know and showed her the fries without bacon. She rolled her eyes, said something in Spanish to who I presumed was her manager then put the bacon on. Always that same energy every time I go in. The Carrollton location was the total opposite, so nice and helpful.

Service was friendly, but just order as it says on the menu, y'all. I had the old-fashioned cheese steak and regular fries, which was pretty good. It was a quick bite. So I'm gonna keep it short today.... see ya soon.
