Would give a lower star review if it was not for the cashier that attended me at the end. Had issues with the app and the cook was rude about explaining the card payment and would not let me attempt to do it at the register so missed out on that. My order ended up being ordered through the kiosk and the order details were left there for a while even though there was no one in front of me that had their orders being completed. However, the cashier was exceptional! My lemonade was ordered with no ice and someone else had it messed up but she quickly fixed this. For reference I will not be doing business here anymore but my heart stays with the blondish cashier because I have a feeling the other one is her manager.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I just witnessed two of the grill cooks pick up raw chicken and beef, then immediately handle vegetables, cheese, sauces, and bread WITH THE SAME GLOVES. I requested a refund and asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the lady contaminating the entire kitchen WAS THE MANAGER! She didn't apologize or seem to care at all when I told her she was going to make someone very sick. Stay away unless you like food poisoning.

They are way too expensive and do not give enough for the price of the food and it's not all that. The worker's has attitude problems, and they charge .$69 for BBQ Sauce when some/most people does not eat ketchup. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. And if you want lettuce on your sandwich they put a ton Of lettuce to make the sandwich look big. Save your money & go elsewhere. The tables were not clean to sit at to dine-in.

I just ordered a cheesesteak via the terminal as you apparently can’t order over the counter, even though there were 3 women standing behind the counter just talking. The terminal took my money and then the very unhelpful staff wanted to argue with me that they didn’t receive the order. Even though they apparently don’t speak English. Unacceptable customer service. Why bother having non English speaking staff in a restaurant who can’t actually help you. When I showed them my bank transaction that the money had been deducted off my card, they still claimed they hadn’t received the order. I had been standing in the restaurant for 10min, do you think they would even bother to ask if I was waiting for anything. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. How you manage to stay open as a restaurant is beyond me.

Rudest experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely not be returning. I was talking to a cashier (I have a hearing disability) and she just threw up her hands and walked off. I’ve never been treated so bad. I’m furious. I just walked out. Absolutely unacceptable

I just ate at this restaurant and the cashier was very rude, she does not even say hello or see people when she takes the order, I asked for the receipt for the number and she gave it with a face that only waits for the meal because it costs expensive, otherwise I would have gone to other charleys and I do not know because in this one the people who work are so rude, especially the cashier will not come back here anymore.

all the ladies were very rude. they dont speak english but thats not even the problem, they had the worst attitude. i was standing at the register for 5 minutes before a lady came to me and i started ordering and she interrupted me and asked if i was paying with cash or card i didnt even get to finish saying card before she rudely said for card is at the kiosk. then when i finished ordering i was standing there watching my food be made and a different lady came and asked me “do you need something” in spanish and said it with a rude tone. i ordered extra lettuce and extra teriyaki and they didnt put it so i asked the lady if she could put more and she completely ignored me, i said it again when she was almost done and she added maybe 5 more pieces of lettuce. terrible customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Very very rude...I ordered 2 combos with certain toppings but when I got my order it wasn't added. I went to ask about it and one of the employees...the shorter female act as if she couldn't understand or speak English...I repeated myself and she started laughing and speaking Spanish to her coworkers. I asked what was funny and she rolled her eyes at me..I showed her my receipt and she literally snatched it from me and when I asked her about it she walked off rolling her eyes speaking Spanish as if I didn't know what she was saying. Very Very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate

Every visit the hispanic employees are so rude and proceed to talk nasty in spanish as if no one else can speak spanish.

so I was in the mall shopping with my family went into the restaurant. The first young lady was very nice, but the cooks were horrible. Rude argue me down about what I purchased will not go back to eat there. Thank you.
