Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

They are SO RUDE get orders wrong purposely, and don’t answer the best location is on MAIN ST they should’ve just kept one location

I took a chance and ordered from this establishment for the first time. I must say ...Hands down the best sub I've had in a Loong time. I ordered the Kali Mist with garlic bread. It had EVERYTHING I needed that I never had? Every bite was full of flavor and there was a good consistency of all the fixings. My gf ordered the Midwest on garlic..it's just as good! Glad we ordered Pinners. The bread was soft, not hard. And it wasn't soggy at all. This was a great choice for a good late night eat. We will definitely order again.

Kat at the bar is always bubbly and will bend over backwards to provide good service. The menu is inventive and the food is always good. The French Onion Soup is amazing! Insider tip: order an additional Jus because the bread, while delicious, takes up a lot of room in the bowl. The Jus is great to dip your sandwich in- especially the 5-0! My only complaint is that the counter side ops seems to be facing issues. When we sit at the bar and order/eat it’s a much smoother experience. The loyalty app also has issues. But overall the food and service (at the bar) are fantastic and keep us coming back.

Ordered pick up and sandwich was mid. I don’t get the hype. Maybe if I ate it there the sandwich might of tasted different. I don’t know.

Broooo when I tell you this place is too GOOD it isn’t an exaggeration! Everything on my sandwich was super fresh an well prepared! Yeah I found my new addiction!

Went with the family on a Friday night, and found out they had bingo on those nights, which was a fun surprise! My husband even won a prize in one of the rounds. :)
The sandwiches were good, and the staff was super nice!
One thing I will say, is that the guy working the register was whispering, and even though I had to keep asking him to repeat himself, he didn't seem to want to speak up a bit. But that didn't ruin our experience.

Food is mostly pretty good but very inconsistent… Sometimes it’s the best sandwich you’ve ever had and other times it’s just awful… Customer service is terrible and the employees almost seem angry every time you walk in that they have to do their jobs. On their best I would recommend them but only for to go.

I’ve been here at least several dozen times. 8/10 times they get the ingredients in the sandwich wrong or entirely forget ingredients that already come on the sandwiches or forget to include sides or get those wrong, too. I figured after all this time, it was time to ask for a refund. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager 3x and it goes to voicemail during the middle of the day?? Then I tried a different number through the app for this store and that goes to a disconnected voicemail? Pro tip: quit smoking during your shifts so your reading comprehension doesn’t go down the toilet.

Was good when it first opened, now it’s terrible. Order is wrong 100% of the time, either missing ingredients that I paid extra for, wrong chips etc. Also, when I try to call to let them know my order is wrong, they don’t answer the phone (that’s for both numbers, here on Google Maps and on their app, two different numbers???) Unfortunately Cheba Hut has lost my business.

We had a pick up order that took 12 minutes. We showed up and were pleasantly greeted by the bartender Kat. She quick and kind service. Even though it was my first time I felt like a regular. Food was also good

Love the personality of the people that work and bartend here. I had a nug of magic mushrooms with guacamole and added turkey. ? also the dorito nachos were good ?
