So I tried this sandwich when I was out of town and loved it. The Dallas location never disappoints!

I came in today and the girl with the septum and lip rings gave me compliments and talked with me a bit and was extremely nice, and the bartender was SUPER sweet and gave compliments as well. Every time I come in everyone is so nice

Server was dry and rude. I asked for extra pickles, there was exactly one on my sandwich. Menu is interesting and the bread and the toast level/texture of the bread is excellent. Maybe I would have rated a higher experience if the man I dealt with hadn’t ruined it with his unnecessary bad attitude.

I was hoping to really love this place but unfortunately my experience did not live up to the hype. I placed an online pick up order for 4 different sandwiches and did not love one. All but 1 were extremely dry and the condiments listed to come on the sandwich were missing. On two of them I asked for extra tomato and they literally put one slice. The garlic and herb bread was flavorless. The subs are supposed to be toasted but it seems only the bread is. I ordered the Kali Mist, The Chronic, The Pacific Blue, and the Magic Mushroom.
I will say when I walked in to pick up the order the service was warm and welcoming, so hoping this was just an off day.

Showed up to pick up my order and they had me standing there for 15 mins with only 3 people in the restaurant then tell me they don’t have change so I can’t pay for or receive my food if yall can’t take cash payments make that known and maybe try attending to your customers.

Excellent sandwiches. My favorite is the French Dip. Delicious with fresh ingredients. Perfectly seasoned with great quality meat and wonderful dip. I have had several other sandwiches as well and all were good. Service is quick and friendly and there's plenty of parking. They also have chips and soft drinks, so check it out!

This place makes great subs, associates that work there are very nice and Eric at the bar is the best. I recommend this place!

All we asked was for 2 sandwiches with no onions. One was so bad you could smell the onions through the bag. The other I attempted to pick them off so I could have something to eat. That sandwich was also littered with almost as many little fine pieces. I’m allergic so we gave up and trashed the sandwiches. I used the QR code to tell about my experience and they were very quick to respond and say the store would be handling it. We never heard from them again, not even a simple apology.

The La Canna sandwich was fabulous. The service was outstanding, very friendly staff. Wish there was one closer to my house.

My gosh, it was so delicious! The portion is huge and the service was wonderful. If you have not been here, you don't know what you're missing!!
Poor service and disappointing food. The smallest piece of bacon, 3 slivers of mushroom, the smallest slice of tomato thrown onto the cheese and turkey. Thanked the server when he brought our food to the table and he didn’t say a single word. Rude. Stupid, gimmicky restaurant. I don’t think I’ll ever come back.
