I love the restaurant but the to go experience is subpar. I checked in with their system and I waited on my order for 16 minutes. I had to go inside of the restaurant and my order was just sitting on the counter and my order was not correct. Please do better

Shaday was an excellent waitress. She was attentive and kind and everything we ordered was on point. The food exceptional! Everything tasted great. And Mr. Ty Robinson! Made sure all was well from the time we entered the building. Will be coming back soon!

I went there and got my food to-go and I have dirt that was cooked in my chicken and when I called there everyone gave me the run around. I’m so disappointed now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money.

Placed pick-up order TWO HOURS before pickup time. Received text that order would be ready on-time. Checked in 5 minutes early. Waited 13 minutes past pickup time. Will NEVER do this again!!!!!

Service was great, even though it was a just a pick up order but do they rinse the ribs off before planting them because where is the sauce?! So disappointing. There's an option for $0.50/extra sauce, I wonder what that looks like. Lost an hour of my life for WHACK ribs....

Cheddar's dining was okay considering the circumstances. They're were some hiccups and things happen I do understand. I care not to go into hiccups everyone deserves a chance. I'll leave there due to the fact it was a party of 26. Thank you Cheddar's 😊

My wife and I went to this location today for lunch around the time they opened. We both went to the restroom first, and thank goodness we did. Both restrooms were a mess. There was grime and hair on the toilets and urinal, and one of the sinks had some sort of black/green creature growing on it. When we walked out of the restroom we noticed finger smears all over one of the booth windows. If it was the end of the night this would be more understandable, but the fact that the restaurant had just opened shows it was not properly cleaned. We didn’t want to know what the kitchen looked like, so we decided to go elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend eating here until they learn how to clean the restaurant.
