Our fam of five (two adults, three gremlins) rolled up from the highway thinking we’d get some solid eats, but nah, we got a one way ticket to Regret City. Utterly ridiculous!! Rude curbside employees. Food was ordered online with a pick up time at 8:53 pm. It's now 9:11 pm and I'm still waiting. Called the restaurant and was on hold for 12 minutes. Advised I've been waiting and employee stated they are backed up and disconnected the call. First and last time at this Cheddars. Had to go warm food up in the microwave

We had to wait for an hour and 30 minutes when they say the wait was 15 to 20 minutes they took too long to bring the food.

I have absolutely no idea how this place is still open. The floor was really gross and sticky, the waitors were unorganized, and the restrooms were just unspeakable. We got our silverware about 7 minutes after receiving our food. And somehow the food looked like it had been sitting a while. We had a party of 16 and they. Sat us all in 3 different tables.... This was in the afternoon so I believe there was no excuse as to why it looked like this In the beginning of the day other than lack of organizing and cleanliness.

On 2/06/25 weds. At 4pm I dined in here ordered a salad. The whole salad looked very off. The chicken was cold with no texture of chicken when you cut into it. It was straight cube block with no stringyness texture. IM STILL CURRENTLY SICK with some type of food poisoning from this dish. I’m sweating, diarrhea, cold and nauseous! Doesn’t make any sense & I’m even more disappointed that I continued to eat it as my first meal of the day! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Fish tasted wild game fishy,. Ordered Mango swirl margaritas that was runny watery later I inquired about issue and was told machine wasn't working properly which was a lot too late. Sad to say sweet cooked carrots were the only best thing.since Idaho potatoes. My guest drinks and food weren't hittanything either. either. Honey buttered croissants were burnt.

It was a Sunday, so it was really busy! Our server Britney was amazing even though she had a lot of tables she checked in with and got us taken care of. The food was on point!

This is my 1st review i ever had make.. but anyway it smells so bad in this restaurant I don’t not even eat I just left.. The margarita machine half work .. I asked for the manager two times I have not seen them yet..

Got the Caesar salad to go. It was pretty good.
