I ordered a Cheesesteak Burger and it was delicious. I do feel like for the $16 I paid for the burger it could have at least came with some fries so that's my reason for leaving only four stars other than that the burger was good

I use to frequent the Buckner location often even AFTER the horrific smell when you walk in of sewer. But this was my LAST STRAW…..they are no longer using cheesesteak but some sort of cheap substitute meat for the steak I couldn’t even tell what it was but it had an awful taste and after 20mins on the phone the girl finally admitted “oh I guess it’s ground meat” yeah NO THANK! It’s to expensive for you to be using a meat substitute “sometimes” that’s false advertisement and you and the owners should be ASHAMED. Lost a customer forever. Wish I would’ve taken pictures what a waste of money.

When I walked in, there was an unpleasant sewage smell that made me regret placing an online order. Customer service was so excellent. The young lady who gave me my order was so nice and attentive. The sandwich was okay. The bread tasted old, the steak was kind of chewy… the fries were under cooked and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I ended up going to Jack in the Box for fries. The location in Farmers Branch is always so good, the fries and sandwich. I will not be returning to this location.

This is where I ended up as I could not see the forest for the trees. Wanted to go to steak pub which was a few doors down. Reminds me of how God has our best in mind and because of our circumstances (hungry) we short change our selves by not waiting for the real outcome His best. Maybe next time.

Today we tried the Wednesday special which is the Grilled Chicken club… (especial d miercoles) and it was disappointing for the $14…the taste is good…but it’s mostly all the bread they use super small chicken pieces in 2 bites the chicken is gone and you’re left with a lot of bread…Buen sabor pero pollo bien pequeño y es casi puro pan no lo vale c Los 14$

This is my first time here, and the cheesesteaks are phenomenal! I tried the al pastor cheesesteak special, and it was so delicious, even the fries are crispy and soft with proper seasoning. The staff is friendly and the prices are just right for your money's worth. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a really good, homemade cheesesteak.

Omg!!! This must be a hidden gem!! This place is absolutely delicious. We ordered the Jasmine fries and the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was made to order and the serving is well worth the price. We were so full. Definitely will be back to try other food items. Highly recommend
