Absolutely delicious food. Cassy is so very sweet and takes such pride in making sure her food is cooked perfectly. Will absolutely be back. Eustace is lucky to have such a great place to stop and eat at.

Great meal tonight with 3 other couple's at Chef Cassy's!
Started with xx crispy "Fried Turnip Greens" with spicy red sauce. Meal was xx crispy catfish, xx crispy okra & green beans. I've never had that much okra or catfish that was that crispy!!! Most restaurants serve a minimal amount with some pieces a little crispy and the rest gooey - not fully fried....read full review
