Chef Cassy’s Creations Fried Collard Greens

The best fried fish I’ve ever had! Fish and hush puppies cooked and seasoned perfectly! Very fresh! If it wasn’t on the menu I wouldn’t have even thought it was catfish! Mac and cheese was delicious and cheesy, tarter sauce on point, not like some places that put weird Ingredients in it. But I have to make a special mention for the fried Brussel sprouts, absolutely delicious! Sautéed and drizzled in a balsamic reduction. Yumm! Highly recommended 10/10

I had the Catfish Special which included hush puppies and crinkle French fries. It was the best I had ever had. My husband had wings and he said his wings were delicious. We had her famous fried collard greens which were yummy. I could have had those for a meal. We were able to bring our own wine which is nice. Chef Casey came out and talked to us. It was really a special evening and she made us feel appreciative for our business. This place is definitely on our go-to dinner place now!!

Great chop brisket and the Mac and cheese was amazing!! Loved the hot bbq sauce!! Friendly staff!!

We love Cassy’s! Wing Wednesdays are my favorite because of the honey pecan wings. Only $1 each. But everything (smoked turkey, catfish, pecan pie, fried collard greens) we’ve had has been excellent. Always get sweet tea and the fried okra too. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays!

If you are in the area ,this is the spot with true southern hospitality and amazing food. The Alligator bites are to die for so good that you better ask for 2 baskets! Try out that brisket too! With daily specials and great customer service you cant go wrong stopping by always hits the spot.

We DoorDash’d a few things I had to try, first thing we opened was the brisket Mac n cheese. I swear I heard angels singing when I tried that! Is that Gouda I taste? Oh, what a fantastic cheese to compliment a brisket! Perfection! The next we opened was the loaded potato with the shrimp alfredo ontop, first off these shrimp are huge, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The potato is massive. There’s absolutely no shortage of food. It was so delicious! Nice bit of Cajun seasoning. Just delicious! We had to also try the grilled cheese, yes add brisket! OMG! So much brisket on there. Fantastic grilled cheese! And I saved my favorite for last: the jerk ribs! I’m a messy eater when the food is great, after my first bite of those ribs- those ribs became my focus!! I had rib sauce all over my face! It was awesome! Do not pass this place up! Chef Cassy, you now have a very happy customer for life. See you tomorrow for Mother’s Day brunch! 11-4 I know you told me a ton of delicious items that will be served, but once you said shrimp and grits, and chicken and waffles I was sold!
