The decor and colors were nice. The waiter was nice. The cocktails were okay. The ceviche was small had a lot of lettuce. .

Went for my lunch break with coworkers and ordered their chicken Ceasar salad. For some reason my salad took the longest to come out and when it did, it had a fish smell. When I told the waiter he took it back, maybe 10 minutes later he comes back and tells me the chicken was cooked in fish oil. He apologized and said they were making my order again but I told him to cancel it since I needed to get back to work.

My boyfriend and I went here before a show at fair park. We reserved the lounge area and it couldn't have been better! It was perfectly intimate and comfortable. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Food was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend.

We absolutely love Chets! The best Moscow Mules in town. Try the Blackened Chicken Alfredo you won't regret it.

The waiter was amazing. So helpful and so nice. Loved how beautiful the restaurant was and clean.

The Salmon was undercooked when I received the plate and also after I sent it back. The broccoli was undercooked both times as well. The manager never came to apologize. The server wasn't great. I guess you only get a jar of water. He never refilled or asked us how our dinner was. I had to flag him down to tell him about our food. The ribeye was very fatty for a $40 steak without sides. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Food was not the best and customer service poor 😢In hindsight might as well gone for fast food alternative- definitely overpriced for food received!

Steak was chewy and I wasn't informed that the gratuity was included for a party of two, which resulted in me double tipping. Mac & cheese was good, but I wont be back.

Food was great. Party of 5. We ordered salmon salad, salad entree and chicken rigatoni. Their old fashions are outstanding.

Man i was having a very frustrating day and randomly came in to chets (for the first time) and sat at the bar. The place isnt too busy so i know on slow days like that especially someone who works for tips would be ready to go home. But Bryce had the most positive welcoming attitude. Had tables to serve outside the bar and still was very attentive to me and my girlfriend. He is the dividend in the customer service industry.

Not an Irish restaurant as claimed. They have Guinness beer, fish and chips, and shepherd's pie. Other than that, it's pasta dishes and other eclectic choices. Service was odd. Restaurant had an odd smell. Food was mediocre. Prices were good. Would not recommend or return.

I called the establishment in advance for a few accommodations and Jason was absolutely comforting and approachable. We had 6 guests for a birthday gal's night on a Saturday evening. Yes, the restaurant is older, therefore it does have a lofty smell, but it did not deter the 5 star rating. The drinks were AH MAZ ING! The service was exemplary.. our server was Everick and we plan to return based on his 10 star treatment the entire night. The food was fresh and delicious. We all ordered different plates and not one person had complaints. Salmon, rigatoni, fish and chips, bread pudding, coconut ice cream.. not one disappointment! The drinks- lavender old fashioned, daiquiri, The Writer.. ALL were amazing, but The Writer was top tier! Ever Everick treated us like royalty. Do not let the downtown, corner, tucked away location make you shy away from trying this restaurant because it was worth the money and the 0.3 mile walk from The Westin Hotel.

Food and service were good. Loved the decor. They were out of 2 different wines we selected, but 3rd wine choice was good, too. The place was VERY empty, but it was a Sunday afternoon/evening in downtown Dallas. I'd definitely go back.
