The service was TERRIBLE. Literally the ONLY chick fi la, I have ever been my whole life, that has illustrated such terrible service. Like I will never come back here again; and I will be making an extensive complaint to corporate and will be coming back to review the service.
First, They got my drink wrong, but only after having me sit for 10 minutes at the counter to wait to order, Drink had a whole on the bottom, then messed up my food, Took forever to remake it, and then the food was not even Hot.
That is terrible. Do not come here.

I was in a rush, ordered a number 1 without hash browns. And I said again that I don't want hash browns. Went to the windows, I asked the cashier again that is no hash browns ? . He said yes, and it turned out with additional hash browns with extra charged. Not going back here again.

I came to pick up a delivery order. I was ignored as if I was invisible. Once everyone received their orders I was left standing their. Two non black individuals walked in and they begin to receive assistance from store employees. It wasn't until I stated that I had a pickup order that I'm waiting to get help with that I was given service and it wasn't from the person who I spoke with, she pawned me off to another individual so I had to wait longer. This is a direct example of prejudice behavior. I will not ever spend my hard earned money at this store and maybe never at another Chick-fil-A.

I haven't been to a Chic fil a in a long time. My friend, my husband and I went through the drive-through through and I ordered a chicken salad sandwich from a worker outside at the drive through, what I ended up with was a soggy breaded chicken sandwich. I found out they no longer have the chicken salad sandwich and I am still baffled why this person who probably thinks she is worthy of $15 and hour, placed my order as a regular chicken sandwich.
