I just left this Chick-fil-A. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches deluxe with no pickles and what do you know both of them had pickles besides that I had bacon which makes the sandwich a little bit better but not today the bacon was dry like Texas heat in 2022 and the fries were cold, but besides that I did not get my pleasure after saying thank you to two employees I’m not gonna come back to this Chick-fil-A thank you bye

They cannot get an order right. No one makes sure the order is reviewed and packed correctly. There is no way to contact store directly at time of food order. Corporate you could do better. I think I am done with chic fil

My visit (02/22/24) during off-peak hours left me disappointed, the order and delivery area had a completely dirty floor. My strawberry milkshake was all liquid, not cherry... I asked the store manager and her response was curt and even somewhat rude... It is the first restaurant in its franchise where I have had a not good visit.
Worse Chick Fil A i’ve been to! The food was cold & the cashiers were extremely unfriendly??As i was being checked out the only two questions i got asked were “for here or to go” and “what else for you” extremely unprofessional because Chick Fil A is known to be a nice-friendly environment!The girl who checked us out was wearing big glasses, gold earrings & a necklace, i wanted to get her name but she had it covered over a jacket she was wearing, never coming to this location ever again!!! I also order some to go items & they forgot to put in my sauces ??

What in the world is going on with Chick-fil-A? I used to love their salads but this is the second one that is filled with unwashed, gritty lettuce. The bacon isn't bacon, the tomatoes aren't ripe, and bless his heart, the guy taking my order had no idea what he was doing. I give up!

Chick-fil-A’s food is always amazing!!! For me. It’s the service. There is always a difference if you go in the warning versus in the afternoon. I’m just grateful for the consistency in the food.
I come every morning for the same thing and every time its a different price. Also the mexican girl name Juanita has an attitude every time she at the drive thru window. They are very rude when you ask them to verify the order. today was the last time i will be going to this Chick-fil-A. i have never got this type of service from chickfila every. please train whoever is taking orders to make sure they are listening.
The drive through was quickly served, the mike was coherent and food was prepared to order. The only hiccup was we found some gristle in a grilled nugget.
